Amy really is a trouble maker but she won't and can't stop me from telling the truth.
"Let's figure this together." I said. "Alright. Start your point." said Sayako. "The culprit use a desk lamp as a weapon to hit Lui's head. They hit his head until he's too weak to make a sound. The culprit then walk out from the dorminatory. They break the lamp and throw them into the dumpster." I said.
"No, that's wrong." said Amy. "Which part of it is wrong?" I asked. "The culprit didn't break the lamp. I did." said Amy. "Why would you break it?" I asked. "To mess things up." said Amy. "Emily. Just continue with your theory." said Yui.
"The culprit went back to their room and act like nothing happened." I said. "Who's the culprit?" asked Yumi. "It's you!" I said as I point at David. "Yea! Your room doesn't have a desk lamp. I've checked all the rooms. The broken desk lamb belongs to you!" said Clio.
"It can't be! The broken desk lamp doesn't even have any blood on it!" said David. "No, that's wrong." Akane and I said together. "You don't even there at the dumpster." said Akane. "Besides, it might have blood on it but Amy take it and clean it before break it." I said. "No point in lying, David." said Amy. "Shut up." said David.
"Go in the crib, steal your stepfather's credit card
And take the car and do circles in the parking lot

"Stop it! I'm just gonna admit it, alright?" asked David. "Fucking finally." said Amy. David just gritted his teeth before sighing in defeat.
"I tried to sleep. Then, I heard footsteps. I open my room door a little and I peek through it. I saw Lui tried to enter Sayako's room. I thought he will kill Sayako. I quickly grab the desk lamp and hit Lui's head many times. After he weak enough, I run out from the dorminatory and put the desk lamp in the dumpster. I then run back into my room and try to act like I didn't do anything." said David.
Mastermind's POV
Finally. You admitted it. Bitch. You are too dumb to do this. Just die. Go Monokuma. Start the execution.
Emily's POV
"Shouldn't David's actions count as self defense?" asked Suoh. "Do self defense causing people to kill each other?" asked Amy. "Amy. Don't try to make another debate scrum happen." said Shu. "Aww... I like debate scrum." said Amy. "Shut up already. You're giving people pressure." said Rachel.
This is confusing but yea. The culprit is David. It can't be anyone else.
"It's self defense!" said David. "No it's not." said Amy. "Upupupu~ Split Opinions! Time for another debate scrum!" said Monokuma.
The podiums move and split us into two groups again. This time, Amy, Shu, Wakiya, Akane, Valt, Yumi and I will face David, Rachel, Clio, Penny, Ukyo, Sayako, Yui and Suoh. Alright guys. Let's give them everything we got.

"Why won't you guys count it as self defense?" asked David. "Amy!" I said. "It could also be count as accidental murder." said Amy.
"Didn't David do it to protect Sayako?" asked Rachel. "Shu!" I said. "If he really do it to protect Sayako, he don't have to hit Lui until he becomes too weak to even move or make a sound. Hit it one time and it should be enough." said Shu.
"You would do the same if you're in his place." said Clio. "Wakiya!" I said. "Maybe we would but not until the point where he becomes too weak to move or make a sound." said Wakiya.
"I don't think David have the intention to kill Lui." said Penny. "Akane!" I said. "You're too confident. The only person who can claim that is David because David is the one who kill Lui." said Akane.
"Sometimes, self defense cause us to kill other people. Isn't it normal for David to kill Lui as self defense?" asked Ukyo. "Yumi!" I said. "David said he wants to stop Lui from killing Sayako. It can't be count as self defense because he's protecting Sayako and not himself. Self defense mean someone protect themselves, not other people." said Yumi.
"So you guys want Lui to come into my room and kill me?" asked Sayako. "Valt!" I said. "No one said that. Beside, you can do something to defend yourself. Also, we don't even know if Lui wanted to kill Sayako." said Valt.
"What if Lui's attention is to kill Sayako?" asked Yui. "I got this! We don't know what his attention but if Lui really wanted to kill Sayako, he wouldn't stay outside the room. He could walk into the room and don't have to wait for anything." I said.
"Isn't it kind enough for David to protect Sayako?" asked Suoh. "Amy!" I said. "It supposed to be kind but it doesn't mean David have to kill Lui." said Amy.
"This is our answer!" Amy, Shu, Wakiya, Akane, Valt, Yumi and I said together.
*End of debate scrum*
"David. I guess this is the end of you. I'm sorry." I said. "It's also my fault for being such in a rush." said David. "Don't worry. Everyone makes mistakes." said Shu.
