(3rd person)

Micheal awoke to the smell of pancakes and the sound of his family talking downstairs, smiling a bit.  After getting out of bed and dressed, they headed downstairs to see everyone eating. "Of course. Who would wake up the disappointment of the family". It went to the counter, seeing that there were no more pancakes and only a few fruits. He rolled their eyes and decided it doesn't need to eat anyway.

He grabbed his bookbag and looked back at their family, who still hadn't said a word to him. "I'm headed to school," Everyone turned to look at him, and it looked away. "Why so early?" Shroud always asked the questions that helped Micheal remember that someone cared. He smiled softly at their sibling. "Oh, just..bored," He waved and left the house, putting their headphones on before hearing a loud "Stop!" from his dad, or Mom. Technically both. He looked behind them and smiled at the goat boy, who was much shorter than him. "Why didn't you eat?" Even from where he was standing, Micheal could tell Tubbo had drank something that morning, meaning bomb gets angrier, faster. "I'm..not really hungry..and the pancakes were gone-" He shifted uncomfortably, just wanting to go to school and get their day over with.

Tubbo grabbed him by the ear, resulting in a yelp from the other, and dragged him inside, sitting Micheal at the spot Tubbo was just at. "Eat. Please, we're worried." Micheal scoffed. He hadn't eaten in a week due to studying, and even then, it seemed all his parents cared about was their grades and how Shroud was doing. It looked at his father in disgust. "Why should I? I'll eat at school-" Tubbo looked pissed. Sensing something was about to happen, Shroud shouted at the top of his lungs. "Tail! Mom, tail!" Tubbo looked at Shroud and their eyes flashed a dark green colour, his whole face going dull. "I'm sorry." Bomb squatted beside Micheal. "But kiddo, you need food,"

Micheal looked at Shroud, who looked worried, and put their hood up, standing and rushing out of the house. He hated when people yelled. Shroud knew that. Ignoring the screems from his family, Micheal finally made it to the school. He ignore glares and walked to their locker before being shoved to the ground. "Hold him down! Hold him!" A group of 4 boys held him down as one got a pin out. "We should see if he has a brain in that scull of his." The main boy chuckled and people started to croud around. Micheal realized he had forgot to turn into their human form. It was too late.

The boy was about to stick the pen into it's eye when a loud, booming voice made everyone look up. "Fuck off, Hunter! Leave him be." It was one of the school's transfer students, one said to be pretty dangerous. Micheal looked over and saw the student's hair slightly on fire, as well as their hands and arms. Quickly, the boys and everyone else for that matter, cleared away, leaving Micheal on the floor.

(Michael's pov)

I quickly changed into my human form, getting up as the boy came over. He had the most beautiful freckles and looked like he could beat me up. "Th-thanks.." Fuck, I stuttered. He's gonna be yet another bully that my parents will do nothing about. He finally approached me fully after what felt like years. "Hello! Sorry that people are bitches. I'm Azar! I figured you needed help," His eyes trailed down my body, great, he was about to punch me. "For a guy who seems strong, you sure didn't fight back," I sighed. I'm not explaining my life story to this guy, no matter how hot- Er..pretty, he was.

I nodded and looked down. "I've given up fighting those guys. But..I'm Micheal. Micheal _Beloved.." I wasn't gonna be rude, and this might be my only friend. He seemed like he was about to talk when I saw Shroud walk in with their earbuds in. They ignored me mostly, only giving a small smile before going into class. "..-icheal?" Shit, he was talking. "Sorry, my sibling came in.." I looked toward the steps that led to the roof, I could go on the roof for a few hours. Might make people leave me be. "It's ok! Did you wanna hang out after-" I felt bad, but cut him off. "I don't hang out unless you're a friend and I'm busy," I saw him frown, great.

I took this chance to rush up onto the roof, hearing footsteps behind me, and by the time I sat down, Azar was next to me. "I'm not upset..I really wanna be your friend," I could use one, but if I start to be myself, he'll leave like everyone else. I nodded and looked down at the courtyard. "Sure," is all I could get out. I'm such a wimp. "So- You never answered my question.." Fucking hell. "Repeat it..?" I looked at him, his face duller. It reminded me of Mom so I looked away.

I felt hear come from beside me and scooted a bit closer. It was cold, I couldn't help it. "Are you President Tubbo's kid?" I sighed, of course. This is always why they want to be friends. "Mhm.." I saw him nod from the corner of my eyes. "Cool..Oh, what are your pronouns? Mine are they/it/he," I smiled, no one but Shroud had asked that. "Uh..all but 'she'..including neo pronouns  like zem/zer.." I heard him chuckle before I saw their hair get a bit flamey?

I did notice his smile was very pretty. I shouldn't say it, but I could definitely spend all day around it. "You're..hair is really nice, by the way," I blushed. I felt my neck heat up and hid my neck. "Th-thanks..y-your freckles..look ho- uh-" His hair started to be more on fire as the area around them got warmer. "Hot? Thanks- Th-that's nice o-of you," I could tell they were blushing about as much as I was. "Hey, how strong would you say you are?"

I wasn't expecting that question. "Uh..pretty strong, I guess..I could probably pin someone to the ground.." I saw his eyes light up and raised an eyebrow without thinking. "Why do you ask?" They looked away and I felt bad. Did I make him upset? I whispered, not being able to speak louder for some reason. "You okay?" I got a small hum in return and felt worse. Maybe if I..I hugged them from the side and took a deep breath. He kinda smelled like a mix of ash and..beer?

His hair went into full flames, like they were in the hall, and I got closer, liking..no, loving the warmth from them. "B-better n-now-" I don't know why I was so scared of them, he's a softy. I decided to mess with them and whispered into his ear, "I'm glad I could help, cutie," I wasn't lying, he was very hot and I'd honestly look at those freckles all day. His hair seemed to start turning into a bigger flame. What I did had an effect? I did it again, whispering deeply. "I'm not lying about that last part~"

I must've got these skills from my dads before they started to pay more attention to Shroud. He still seemed to be enjoying it so I pulled them closer, pulling it into my lap and whispering again. "You like my whispers?" I was slightly amused, teasing him was awesome. For me, at least. The bulge obviously growing in their pants said he liked it too, and I decided to stop then, just holding him close from the waist, my chin on its shoulder. "Y-yeah..they..m-make me f-feel..safe," Well, it definitely made him feel something else. I heard the distant sound of the lunch bell going off. There's no way. (Mc time, not irl, so it passes quicker)

"You hungry?" Maybe I'll try and eat for them. But they shook his head and I stayed still. It was getting colder and I felt if I moved, he wasn't going to be warm anymore.
