While Sam went to do her volunteer work, Pat and Chad took Patty to the studio. Cathy stayed in the dormitory with Tim and Digby.
"The studio is so awesome, guys!" said Patty.
"Yes, yes, of course. We're always hard at work. Making a Disney film takes much more than voice acting" said Pat.
"Wow. That does seem like hard work" said Patty.
"Yeah. It's not all fun and games in Actorville" said Chad.
"Hey, Chad. This is the best fun I've ever had" said Patty.
"I'm glad it is" said Chad.
"Yeah. I should let you know. It's my birthday and... this is like a present from you and Sam" said Patty.
"Your birthday?" said Chad.
"Yeah. I came to Australia hoping for a perfect birthday. And you gave it to me" said Patty.
"Well! Many happy returns of the day, Miss Patty" said Pat.
"Thanks" said Patty.
"Patty? I should tell you. It's my singing partner's birthday too" said Chad.
"Holy cannoli! Maybe he and I can celebrate it together!" said Patty.
"Maybe... if he agrees" said Chad.
"How could he not agree? He's probably as sweet and as flexible as you" said Patty.
"Patty, sweet, Jeremy doesn't enjoy celebrating his birthday. He never did" said Chad.
"Why not?" said Patty.
"He never told me. And he's my best friend" said Chad.
"Well, he might change his mind when he hears I share a birthday with him" said Patty.
Meanwhile, Cathy was chatting with Tim and Digby.
"So you usually play records at parties? Not on the air?" said Cathy.
"Sometimes I do it on the air. Is that your typical disk jockeying?" said Tim.
"Yes. And I only play the classics. So your British Invasion party hits might not be the ones for my radio show" said Cathy.
"Well, it works, dear. It's not so different as the Disney background music we hear in Actorville" said Digby.
"I'm glad the musical score people aim high. But anything you play is probably very good, Lord Tim" said Cathy.
Tim blushed and said "Yeah" with a shy laugh.
Cathy looked at her watch and said "Oh! Isn't it time for you two to go to the restaurant where Sam works?"
"Indeed it is, luv. Thanks for reminding us" said Digby.
"Care to join us?" said Tim.
"I'd love it. Do Pat and Chad go with you?" said Cathy.
"Always. They're gonna meet us there with your cousin" said Digby.
"Oh, great" said Cathy.
