"Here ya go. Quesadilla... salad... pizza... cheeseburger... and Patty's hot dogs and another salad for Cathy" said Sam.
"Thank you" said Cathy.
"You know... the actors here seem so amazing" said Patty.
"A lot of actors are amazing, Patty. Disney or no Disney" said Chad.
"Yeah. I once met an actor who looked so much like Chad, you'd think it was him" said Sam.
"It wasn't, was it?" said Chad.
"Nope" said Sam.
"If it was you, she'd know it" said Patty with a smile.
"Yeah... if it were Chad, he'd be on a screen. Or a stage at least" said Sam.
"If there was no stage or screen..." Cathy began.
"Yeah, don't read anything into that" Sam strained.
Chad laughed and said "Come along, girls" to Patty and Cathy.
"Where are you going?" said Sam.
"I promised to take these two to meet Jeremy. He and Patty here share a birthday" said Chad.
"Oh, cool!" said Sam.
"Yeah. Wanna come?" said Patty.
"No thanks, Patty. I gotta stay here with the Wiggles" said Sam.
"Oh, yes. They do need you" said Chad.
He took Patty and Cathy to the apartment building.
"I live right across the hall from Jeremy. Then we can see each other whenever" said Chad.
"How wonderful" said Cathy.
Chad knocked on Jeremy's apartment door and Jeremy answered it.
"Chad! Back so soon?" he said.
"Yeah. Sam and I made some new friends" said Chad.
"Hi. I'm Patty Lane" said Patty.
"I'm Jeremy Clyde" said Jeremy shaking Patty's hand.
"And I'm Patty's cousin, Cathy Lane" said Cathy.
"Pleasure" said Jeremy.
"Chad said it's your birthday" said Patty.
"Yes, it is" said Jeremy.
"It's my birthday too" said Patty.
"My!" said Jeremy with a smile.
"I was hoping... maybe we could do something fun together" said Patty nervously.
Jeremy's expression darkened and he let out a deep sigh.
"Listen. It's really sweet of you to want to celebrate our birthday, luv. But... I don't like to" said Jeremy.
"You never told Chad why. Would you feel comfortable telling me why? I mean, we share a bday" said Patty.
"Alright. I hate my birthday because... well... my brothers always saw it as a day for making fun of me" said Jeremy.
"What do you mean?" said Cathy.
"I mean my brothers always celebrated it by insulting me. Tormenting me. Constantly hurting me. I'm grown now, but I'm afraid to celebrate my birthday because I don't like the memory" said Jeremy.
"Jeremy, why didn't you tell me?" said Chad.
"I'm sorry, Chad the lad. I was just trying so hard to forget it, but I can't. But that is why my birthday fills me with more dread than the thought of the U.S and Canada being at war" said Jeremy.
"The U.S and Canada were never at war" said Cathy.
"Exactly" said Jeremy
