Chapter 5 - Ascendence

Good news! spy school 10 will not be the end of the series. it's confirmed in stu gibbs website and he himself told me. And spy school 11 will arrive in august to november 2023

"Cyrus said we'll be going in 10 minutes so head down" Zoe said still seeming want to sleep

We headed down to the car and Cyrus was waiting for us there.

everyone got it , I sat in the back seat of the sedan along with mike and Zoe while erica sat in the front and Cyrus was driving.

"So where are we going?" Mike asked

"Los Angeles" Cyrus joked which wasn't normal.

"You've got to be kidding me" mike said thinking Cyrus was serious

"ah just kidding we're going to Baltimore" Cyrus said

"ok" everyone else than Cyrus said in unison.

Then i fell asleep within 6 minutes , i think Zoe and mike did too 

it wasn't normal for me to wake up at 3 in the morning so i just fell asleep

after 50 minutes of what i think going through traffic in Highway 32 i woke up

"Where are we?" I asked

"We're almost at the airfield , I think" Erica said

"Ok"

Then we arrived in the airfield after 10 minutes
I tried waking up Zoe and Mike who at this point were basically cuddling in sleep.

"Mike! Zoe! Wake up already" I yelled.

Mike woke up within a second , he seemed startled that he was sleeping on Zoe's shoulder.

"How the hell" Mike said seeming startled that he had cuddled with Zoe in sleep.

"Ugh what time is it?" Zoe woke up lazily.

"Its already 6".

"ok, can I go back to sleep?"

"No , but after you get in the plane we're in for a long ride."

"ok"

Then we all headed up to the plane which was a Gulfstream G650.

"Who're the pilots?".

"Why'd you want to know?" Cyrus asked.

"Well last time they tried to kill us"

"Well ok , They're old friends in the FBI"

"Ok" we said all together

"Children , I'd like yo to meet Agent Joe and Lucas , They'll be piloting the flight for today" Catherine said in her delightful British accent as she and Alexander arrived.

"Hi" Every spy in training said in unison

The pilots seemed remotely excited that they were getting to transport some young CIA agents.

We all took our luggage and put it in the storage section 
Me and mike decided to tour the plane there was a lounge 2 bedrooms and a small kitchenette along with the pilot's room.

"Damn this plane is amazing , 2 whole bedrooms and a kitchenette." Mike said in excitement

Then the plane ascended into air , it took a while to stabilize so that we could move from place to place. Alexander looked like as he was going to hurl While Erica was being her usual self , cold and just staring into absolute nothingness.

Me and mike chatted about random stuff since we couldn't find to do anything other than it
Then I found a tv seat and decided to check whatever that was there in it.

There was basically nothing other than a few romedy shows , animated movies and dramas. We decided to watch The Incredibles which was a childhood favorite of me and Mike , Zoe decided to join too since she also had to do nothing else.

After watching the movie I thought about the time and it was only 9 32 now.
Because of my so called level 16 math skills, which wasn't a bluff, I had the sense of time wherever I go unless I was drugged.

I went down the kitchenette to find some snacks or something the only things i found were salad under the name of Erica (She loved salad so much that if you steal a salad she'd be judo flipping you within a millisecond) and a couple of dry fruits , along with some bread which was way beyond expiration date.

I checked on some other drawers in which I found some utensils , I checked another one in which I found some vegetables and fruits , along with some bread that WASN'T past the expiration date.

I made some quick sandwiches with Mayo within 10 minutes and distributed it to anyone , even the pilots (they seemed like they were very hungry).

It was a long long day , we had to do almost nothing. Catherine said today will be the day for rest since we'd be in india for at least 2 weeks so no recon for now. We really couldn't rest because turbulence was so common that if you tried to sleep and succeeded , you'd wake up in 10 minutes. We basically played games to spend the time since there was a tv and a game console stranely. It was a ps3. Mike insisted that Zoe and Erica play with us since they were bored too. Zoe played with us , Erica didn't because she gave mike a glare which just means "i don't wanna play video games".

After 3 hours of playing Sonic racing (which was the 2nd game there , the first one was Top Gun which was one of the worst games for the console.)

Then we had lunch (which was really just some snacks). I looked down the plane's windows to find that we were over a ocean or a sea. And played a few games till it was night time. 

We had dinner (which again was just some snacks) And then we had to sleep
there were 3 couches in the lounge , so me , Mike and Zoe slept in each of them 
Alexander and Catherine got the first bedroom while Erica got the 2nd one (we let her have it because if someone slept with her they'd be dead within the first few minutes)

I checked my mental time and it was only 10 30 , but we were going to land tomorrow at 0600 so i decided to sleep , Mike and Zoe did too.

I slept good for a while until i woke up to a sound.
It was already 2 am , so I silently walked to where the sound was. It sounded like a whimper or like someone trying very hard not to cry.

When I went the halfway of the jet (which was very very small it was only 4 feet wide), I went to where the sound was. It was coming from near the kitchenette and Erica's room.

I very slowly opened Erica's door without making a noise.

Then I found Erica hale , sitting in the corner of the room and crying...
