Reader's pov
Today was the match with Kaiou Gakuen. I'm a little nervous since I don't remember how this match progressed. I am sure that Raimon will win though so that's reassuring.
"are you excited?" I snapped from my thoughts, turning my head to the driver's seat. Mom had a big smile as she quickly glances to my direction.
"more like nervous... Ha ha" I let out a small laugh. Mom is always excited whenever we have a match to play, although I'm not exactly one of the players in the game.
"I'm sure your team will do just fine" she reaches out with her spare hand and patted my head.
Yeah she's right, why am I feeling so anxious anyway? Gah! Go away negative feelings! Go away!
"Oh! Looks they're already preparing to go, we got just on time" I looked through the passenger seat window and mom parked her car.
I jumped off and waved her goodbye then ran towards the bus.
Just when we were about to leave, Two boys in uniform approached us. Haruna mentioned that they were ex members
Ah! Wait, I remember them-
Ichino and Aoyama! A surprise actually. When I was gone I heard they left the team, so this will be interesting.
They said that they want to play soccer with us again. I looked around, the atmosphere was heavy.
"I was waiting for you two" Shindou walked towards them. Finally someone said something.
"Shindou! Your letting them back?!"
"yes"
"wha- yes?? They left because they were scared of face the Fifth sector!"
"I know...but they came back" Shindou turned and faced them, with Aoyama and Ichino behind him.
"they finally found the courage to stand up against the Fifth Sector after watching us play, isn't that enough? And isn't this the real reason for the revolution?"
The captain on the team continues to explain to the doubtful members, mostly the 2nd years.
'waaa shindou looks so cool! Very fitting as a leader' I glanced at Tenma, his eyes were full of hope and enthusiasm as ever.
'you will make a great captain too Tenma!' I smiled before turning my attention back to our seniors. After his speech, they already seem convinced to take those two back, but a little push wouldn't hurt right?
I gave a quick quiet sigh before stepping forward.
"I-i agree with Shindou-senpai..."
