Chapter three//Concussions and Comparing//

~Third Person~

Stephen luckily, wasn't harmed badly, but did get stitches in the side of his, head and has a concussion.

Stephen was peacefully asleep, as they boys impatiently tapped their foots.

Groaning filled the sound of the hospital room. "Stephen, how you feeling?" His 16 year old brother, Seth, asked him.

"I want mommy," Stephen said. "You got really tall," Stephen said to Seth. "I've been this tall for a while now Stephen, are you feeling ok?" "How tall our you?" Stephen asked. "6'2"" Seth said. "You are 5 years old and are 6'2" that's cool," Stephen said, grinning.

"MOM DAD STEPHEN THINKS HE SIX YEARS OLD!" Seth yelled.

"How old are you?" "6" "no you are 18," Sydel said, his baby sister."You can talk really well for a three year old,"Stephen said.

As soon as it hit 3:30 Stephen smiled "April fools," Stephen said, grinning. His mother smacked him straight up the head. "YOU ARE SO MEAN!" His 15 year old sister, Sydel yelled.

"Don't do that," his father, Dell curry II, had said. His parents kissed his head so they could leave back for Charlotte. Seth hugged him and did their little and shake. "That's adorable," Klay mumble very quietly under his breath. "I love you Stephen. But I am mad at you," Sydel said, hugging her older brother. "I love you to," Stephen said hugging the 15 year old.

One by one the warriors left. Klay came in and out to check on his sister and his "boyfriend".

Stephen had spoken up, with the long draft of silence. "What do you think of me?" Klay was taken over for a minute. "As a teammate, a friend, someone I can shoot back to back 3's with, a little brother," Klay said, 3/4 of it being a lie.

"How old are you?" Stephen asked trying to creat small talk. "21," Klay said. "Oh," Stephen said. "How tall?" "6'7" Klay said. Stephen huffed. "Weight?" He asked. Klay had figured out what he was doing, he was trying to compare himself to Klay. "200. How about you?" "165," Stephen said.

Klay had understood where this was coming, he was young. From what the headlines say,"Give him an Inch and he Might Take Golden State A Mile," the magazines, newspapers, and sports illustrated read.
