THALIA CATHIA's POV
I am now walking inside the school. It's only ten minutes past eight so hindi pa naman ako late. They are starting their class at exactly eight thirty.
I was looking for that girl who has my grimoire. Wala naman talaga akong balak na pumunta dito sa university pero, naramdaman ko ang libro ko dito. I didn't feel it's presence here before but now, sobrang lakas. Papunta sana ako ng Selana pero napatigil ako ng bumulong ang hangin sa 'kin na nandito ang isa sa anim kong libro.
Kung kanina ay pinagtitinginan ako ng mga estudyante, ngayon hindi na. I changed my appearance to hide my real identity.
I stopped when I felt a presence behind me. I waited for someone to speak.
"Hey, you, face me."
My lips formed a smile.
'Hmm... looks like someone with a rotten soul wants to play with me.'
Humarap ako sa babaeng tumawag sa 'kin. She's wearing a uniform that indicates she's a level 2 mage. I can sense that girl's presence on her.
'Are they friends?'
Behind her were four girls who were probably her minions. They're all wearing uniforms for level 2 mage too.
"What's your name?" The girl who called me asked. Her hands were in her chest, crossed.
"You don't deserve to know my name. You're not that special. How about you? What's your name?"
Nalukot ang mukha niya sa sinabi ko. My smile grew even more.
"You're just a mere level 1 mage. How dare you to talk back?"
"Well, I also asked for your name but you didn't answered. So why would I answer your question? Aren't you being rude to a transferee like me?" I tilted my head to the side to tease her more.
She glanced at the surroundings. We are now gathering attentions so my excitement grew. I want to embarrass her in front of many students.
"Know your place, rat. A cat might caught you off guard."
'Hmm, can she win against me? Let's see.'
"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm not afraid of an ant's words of wisdom. Who are you again?"
She balled her hands into fists because of irritation. Who wouldn't? I just insulted her in front of a crowd!
"I said, know. your. place. Can't you understand that?"
"I do understand that. And guess what? This is my place. What about you?"
"Why are you so stubborn? I only asked for your name!"
She suddenly changed her voice and I already know what she's up to.
'Hmm, nice. I'm already enjoying this conversation.'
"Ahw," I froze, "I want to enter Drama Club too! Can you help me?"
