Toby's POV

"They can't do it." "It's insane." "But we can't stop them."

These three lines seemed to have Caleb, Ezra and I in a never ending circle. What can we do? Just tell them to stay and let some freakishly smart physcopath bully joyride the rest of their lives and torture them, literally forever! I don't even know what's reality and what's just It's game anymore. We never did. But Spencer can't just hide from It, because It will find her first.

"More coffee?" Caleb slid the multiple police files and reports out my shaky hands, "Or maybe some sleep? You haven't slept in two days, man." That reminded me of how much my eyes stung and my head throbbed. I just want Spencer to be safe.

"Hm? Oh um, just a coffee, thanks," I replied before taking the next stack of court documents.

"I'll take a co-. Wait. Caleb, please tell me this means something to you," Ezra gestured to the three computer screens, which were filling with some form of code, green and black writing came surging from the top of the page and didn't stop. Caleb almost sprinted towards Ezra's seat, intercepting the mouse and already taking control.

Caleb began to work his computer magic, his face went from fear to excitement to bewilderment within a couple seconds.

"What is it?" Ezra leaned forward, just to get hushed and thrown back towards the other side of the room.

"Are you okay Ez-"

"Sh!" Caleb scolded. I stiffled a laugh, staying as quiet as possible.

Paige's POV

"What do you mean leave?" I almost yelled, I just can't believe it! It felt as if my heart was getting ripped out by vicious wolves, like I was the one doll left on the shelf, the abandoned dog on all those adverts.

"Just announce it to the world would you? Please, you're not allowed to know and my mom deffinately can't know, she's just downstairs," Emily hissed.

I fell silent, thinking the crazy situation over. "Wait, you're mom doesn't know?"

"No." Emily's face seemed hurt, I'm almost sure she wants to stay. Why would she leave?

"Emily, what about our dream? I thought... I thought we were going to move out together, go to-"

"Paige, I know." She butted but paused, obviously not knowing what she was going to lie. Even with Emily with me in her room I felt utterly and completely alone.
