Chapter 29

Lix Pov

After I said that, Hyunjin gave me a death glare. Jisung asked Seungmin why can't he be his partner, so Seungmin told him. After he asked me, if we can talk in private. I said yes.

We went to the kitchen and he told me that he's sorry he knows he said he'll be partners with me, but he made a promise to Jisung. I knew I couldn't tell tell him not to go with him cause 1 he'll hate me after and 2 I'm barely getting to know him. I just told him that its okay. I tired to say it with a smile but I might have given him a sad one.

With that, we went back to the living room. Seungmin was going to tell Jisung but before he could say anything Jisung said "I'ma be partners with Hyunjin". Seungmin looked very confused. Jisung then asked him, if they could speak in private. So they went into the kitchen as well,

Jisung Pov

I was going to the kitchen to grab extra drinks just in case but stopped from going in the kitchen, when I hear Felix and Seungmin talking. Seungmin was telling him he's sorry and that he remembered our promise.

I know Seungmin promised, but I thought first about him. Well technically I thought about the both of us. I thought that maybe we need to get used to being with our crushes more. So I went back to the living room and asked Hyunjin.

"Do you still wanna b-be partners?" I tried not to blush while asking him that. "I-i mean it its ok with you then yea it fine with me". Hyunjin agreed to be partners with me. I felt soo happy. Not long after, Seunglix came back and I told Seungmin I was gonna be partners with Hyunjin. He looked confused so I asked him if we can talk in private. He said yes and we walked towards the kitchen.

"What's this all about Ji? first you tell me why can't I be partners with you and now you're telling me that you're gonna be partners with Hyunjin? dude you're confusing me". I just start to chuckle and tell him "I may or may not have heard your convo with Felix and you telling him about our promise, but I just thought on how maybe we need to spend some time with our crushes". I said the last part as a whisper just in case.

"Are you really ok with this Ji?" He asked me and I told him "Yes I'm more than sure about this". I gave him a smile. After talking about it, we head back into the living room and Minho and Chan hyung already came. We tell them hi and make our way to our partners.

Seungs Pov

I was so confused about Jisung. I started to ask questions and he told me that he might have heard me and Felix's convo. I know he did, once he starts off a sentence like that you know he did.

But he did tell me the reason. He whispered the last part and it was true. I then make sure by asking him if he was ok about it and he said that he was with a smile. We both left the kitchen after that.

When we made it to the living room, Minho and Chan hyung were there. We went to say hi. We made our way to our partners. Changbin then asked "Are we ready to watch a movie?" We all said "Yes". Changbin then started the movie.

There was this jump scare and it low-key scared me so I grabbed onto Felix's hand due to my reaction. I whisper "S-sorry I-i got kinda scared". "No need to say sorry, if you get a little scared you can grab my hand, I don't mind". Felix gave me a smile. I said "Oh okayy thanxx you", with a smile and he said "No problem".

Right now I was wondering what was going on with Jisung.

Jisung Pov

Once the movie begun not long after, a jump scare popped up. I didn't noticed I grabbed on Hyunjin's hand until he help my hand back. I've never blushed this hard. I then whispered to him "S-sorry I-i didn'tknow I-i had grabbed y-your hand". I let go of his hand while saying that.

"No, no i-its ok you c-can grab it when you're scared". When Hyunjin said that I felt my face heat up and butterflies in my stomach. "Oooo okay". There were many jump scares through out the movie so, after on scary one, I grabbed his hand and never let go of it. He holds my hand and I got butterflies.

Hyunjins Pov

After the first jump scare in the movie, Jisung grabbed my hand. I felt myself turn red and got butterflies. After a while, when he didn't remove his hand, I started to hold his hand. I guess he didn't noticed he grabbed my hand before because he said sorry that he didn't know and let go of my hand. I just told him it was okay and he was able to grab it when he was scared.

He said okay. There were many jump scares and he'd always grab my hand then let go. There was a really scary one cause he didn't let go of my hand. I then hold his hand so he won't be that scared. The movie finished, me and Jisung were still holding hands. But he then let go.

I got red. I saw Changbin hyung and Felix look at me and smirk. I just rolled my eyes at them. After we cleaned everything up, they left. Then Chanbing and Felix started to tease me.
