*ELLE'S POV*

Can someone please get these stupid tubes out of my thoat, thank you. In my knowledge, I'm dead. I mean, it's the only logical answer as to why I'm basically paralyzed throughout my body. I can't move a single thing.

Where's Niall? Oh my god, he must be so worried, considering last time I saw him, he looked like he was on the verge of breaking down. I heard someone enter my room.

" Hey baby," I heard him say, "It's gonna be alright, I'm here to protect you from anything, okay Princess? I won't let them hurt you anymore." I heard him take a shaky breath, and I could tell that he'd been crying.

"I know that i've only known you for a little while, but I can already tell that you are the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I want to take you home to meet my mom, I want to be able to have little Theo call you 'Aunt Elle', hell, I want my kids to call you 'mommy' . Elle I love you so much, and I swear that I will always love you.  I'm going to find your stefather and make him pay for what he did to you. But baby I need you to wake up, it's been four days and im losing my mind. I need you here with me, I need to see that beautiful smile of yours, hear that amazing laugh. I need you so badly."

I couldn't see him, but I knew he was crying.

Something inside of me changed in that moment, I don't know if it was all of the medication wearing off or the fact that Niall had just said the most beautiful thing in the world, but the next thing I knew, my eyelids fluttered open and I found myself whispering softly, " I need you Niall."

*NIALL'S POV*

These past four days have been living hell. This is the point in life where I have literally never felt worse.

The girl I love is not okay, and I can't do a damn thng about it. By now, I'm used to sleeping in the small chair next to her bed, holding onto her cold, fragile hand. It still has a faint pulse, but it's so light, you only feel it seldomly.

Louis went home yesterday, he refused ot leave when I told him to go the first time. He loves her a lot too, all of the boys do.

We canceled three interviews, but it was all worth it. I was not going to leave her side, even if that meant canceling shows. She needed me, and I needed her.

I stepped out of her room for a minute because I couldn't handle it. She looked so broken, bruised and hooked up to all sorts of tubes and wires. There was a small monitor that showed her heartbeat.

When I stepped back in, she hadn't moved. I always get my hopes up, but it's all just to be let down.

I sat in the chair. I needed to tell her how I realy felt, what better time than now?

I took in a shaky breath, and while trying not to cry, I said these words:

"Hey baby, it's gonna be alright, I'm here to protect you from anything, okay Princess? I won't let them hurt you anymore. I know that i've only known you for a little while, but I can already tell that you are the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I need you baby."

I needed her, I don't know how I lived before I met her, but I never wanted to find out. She was my everything. I loved her, more than I loved myself.

I sighed and started to drift off, until I heard rustling and saw her gorgeous hazel eyes.

"I need you Niall." , she whispered.

And I felt whole again.
