Aaron's P.O.V
I wake up in a rush it's the 3rd night in a row that I've dreamt about coming out to the team and getting rejected by them I know they wouldn't but I still have feel like there's a possibility of them rejecting me. "Baby?" an adorable groggy voice next to me asks "yeah sweet heart." I respond "it's 2 in the morning why are you up." He groans I look at him and lean down to kiss him passionately. "It's nothing to worry about go back to bed love" I say he wraps his arms around me and I manage to fall back asleep dreaming the same thing I have been for the last 3 days.
Spencer's P.O.V
I wake up to Aaron tossing and turning until he shots up like he was late for something. We talk a bit before going back to sleep but I can't fall asleep right away I want to know what's bothering him. I'll ask him on our way to work.... Work! That's probably what's bothering him after the case he's been uneasy going to work almost afraid...
*5:30*
I roll over and turn that very annoying alarm clock off he needs to get a new one of those. "Baby, it's time to wake up" I say to him. No answer I look over at him and he looks peaceful he doesn't look stressed I haven't seen this look in 3 days. I straddle Aaron and give him kiss to my surprise he kissed back I pull away and he looks up at me.
"Good morning to you too, love" he says still a little sleepy "okay, that was not supposed to be like some romantic movie or like sleeping beauty" I laugh "what?" He asks I roll my eyes and pull him out of bed.
Aaron's P.O.V
Romantic movie or sleeping beauty? What is he talking- ohhhh never mind I understand now. We get ready i but on my usual black suit and he puts on a plaid shirt a purple tie a sweater vest and jeans, can't miss his mismatched socks and some runners I never knew how much I really pay attention to everything he does...
"Ready love?" I ask Spencer nods and we leave. "Baby? What's bothering you?" He asks looking at me "Ever since that day in Palm Beach I just haven't been the same JJ knows about us she heard me ask myself where you were and she heard the 'baby' part of my question" I answer him honestly "so you're afraid the team will what not be accepting?" I think about his question and yeah he's right I am afraid and I can't believe he noticed. "Yeah I'm afraid how'd you know" I ask him "I'll tell you later but for now why don't we tell the team" he suggests I nod in agreement.
Spencer's P.O.V
We get to the BAU not long after us Morgan and Garcia joins us. Aaron and I are in the bullpen so Morgan leans on Emily's desk and Garcia joins him. Everyone else arrives and I can hear Aaron say 'Conference room' and we all head up there.
"You're probably wondering why if called you in here if we don't have a case" Aaron stated I can tell he's still nervous from earlier and to be honest I'm nervous too. "I-... We want to tell you something.." He says and I walk over to him and grab his hand reassuring him it's gonna be okay. He looks at me for help so I finish what he was trying to say. "We're dating." I say and look up at him and he smiles.
"Dammit I lost 50 bucks!" Morgan sighs "If I'm gonna gossip I'm getting paid." Rossi says as Morgan hands him $50 I laugh as everyone starts handing over money. "You guys bet on us?" Aaron asks "Ye-Maybe" Emily said "But at least Rossi and I won. JJ didn't bet though." She smiled "Why?" I asked "Well that's easy Garcia and I thought you would get together next month and Emily and Rossi thought you were already dating.." Morgan said and I laughed.
Aaron's P.O.V
I was so nervous but when Morgan and Garcia gave Emily and Dave money I figured it out that they were accepting us I was still holding Spencer's hand that calmed my nerves a lot I don't know what I would do without him.
We all did paperwork and then around 5:30 they went to the bar but of course Spence and I went back to my place.
When we get back to my apartment we are cuddled up on the couch eating takeout Jessica called asking if she could have Jack for the night I agreed and Spence and I dropped him off and now Spence and I are eating and watching Movies I couldn't be happier.
