Kali stood there and sharpened her knives as August and her family stood behind her. "Auggie, make sure you stay as still as possible okay?"

"Man, why the fuck I gotta be yo' test dummy?" August groaned.

"Shut up." Kali rolled her eyes and positioned the apple on August's head. "I'm proving a point."

"Look, I was playin' you got that knife shit sis, I swear." Sincere shook his head.

"Nah." Kali got a good grip on her knife as she briefly looked around the arena. "You ready?"

"Girl fuck no! Why the fuck you gotta use me like Leo ain't right there! If you miss ain't nobody gon miss h-"

Kali cut August off by throwing her knife, hitting the apple dead in the center. "What about Leo?"

"Shit, nun'." August raised his hands and nodded, stepping back. "Y'all got it."

"Like I thought. Anyway, so you all see how to position yourselves when you start to attack with your weapon correct?" Kali asked, looking at her family.

"Yeah." They answered.

"Good, knives are smaller and therefore tricker. Now go ahead and do your drills and when you're done, Sincere you're training on stealth and speed, Chris you're training on critical thinking and reflexes, me and Penny will continue knife drills, Leo and D, you two train in outside weapons, August and Jason you train in combat and sensory. Everyone clear?" Kali ordered.

"Clear!" They yelled.

"Now get out of my face, I'm tired of looking at you." Kali muttered, tying her hair back.

"Rude." Penny giggled as they prepared for their trainees to come in.

"No, they were being stupid all day. This shit isn't a game, leave allat play time shit back at the house, don't bring it to work." Kali clenched her jaw as she stared at herself in the mirror. She didn't even recognize her reflection, but it's not like she tried to.

"Love how serious you get." Penny wiggled her eyebrows and tied her hair up in a bun. "How many trainees?"

"Ten. Lucky and Santana are amongst them again, they're scared of everyone else." Kali chuckled.

"Aww, have I met them?" Penny asked.

"I think. Lucky is like my other son, Santana is just a loyal employee and just so happens to be Lucky's best friend. She's Lorenzo's little sister so you know how that goes."
