[ WREN ]

SOMETHING THAT NONE OF THE GIRLS IN HIGH SCHOOL REALISED WAS THAT NOTHING THEY WORRIED ABOUT THEN MATTERED. Wren realised that everything she worried about in high school didn't matter. People don't care once you leave. The clothes you wear or who you're going out with at the time doesn't matter because being in school is suffocating. Being forced by chance to associate with everyone that happened to be your age in a big hotel full of school chairs and teachers was once everything that Wren was consumed with. When she left of an afternoon her priorities changed not that anyone cared to know.

Wren liked to observe when she was working parties. She watched all of the girl mostly two or three years younger than her fixing their short skirts and makeup, making goo-goo eyes at any boy that was half decent that looked their way. It made her laugh to herself although Fez knew exactly what she was thinking. Something that Wren loved about high school parties though was that fact that she had a chance to dress up for once. Her usual black denim mom jeans with a long rip in both knees and a coloured cut off tank top were able to be discarded for a few hours. Although it wasn't the short dresses and sparkles that enticed Wren but the creativity she experienced through her makeup. Being Wren was so much better than being Renee.

The only thing that Wren had cared about when she was in school was her so called friends and who they were dating or fucking. She was so absorbed with the reality of being a teenager that she didn't realise that it was all bullshit. When Wren would leave school none of her friends ever took the time to worry about how she was or what she was doing. The other teens Wrens age had no idea about the responsibilities she had or that she had grown up to quickly. The blonde knew that she was lucky to have the family that she did, she was able to talk to Fezco and Ashtray when she returned home. Fez and Wren had raised Ash after their grandmother fell ill and had the responsibility of now running the family business and caring for her as well.

Wren also knew that she couldn't trust anyone she considered a friend when she was in school. Everyone that she would hang around or talk to in school hours only really kept her around to use her for her connections to drugs or for her body. Mostly guys would hang around her to get their fix of drugs or to try and get into her pants, other then that she wouldn't hear from them. Wren found it funny that guys from school acted like they were so tough and above everyone else. The blonde was glad that she had done her time in school and was able to move on from all of the bullshit that was highschool. After the blonde graduated high school a couple of years back she didn't hear from any of her so called friends ever again.

Wren knew that she didn't need them though, she had enough family in Fez and Ash to make up for having friends.

Something that bothered Wren about selling at parties was that not a lot of people came to her for drugs. Some did but most went to Fezco or Ashtray for their fix. Female drug dealers were few and far between and finding a good one, good luck with that. Wren on the other hand was good at her fucking job. She was good with numbers and she was organised which means she sort of fell into the role of being the business' banker. She invested their money and prioritised it for necessities and bills. The fact was that female drug dealers weren't taken as seriously as male drug dealers and Wren found herself wanting to break that stereotype all of the time.
