You woke up from your nap.
The pain in your mouth was really bad, so you started to cry.
Shh. Daddy is here now, "Bill said as he picks you up from the crib.
You continue to cry.
Bill checks your diaper. It's clean and you were fed before the nap.
You squirm in his arms as you cry harder.
Shh. I will try to see what wrong, make it better, "Bill said.
You move your hand to your mouth.
You are teething.
Here you go, "Bill said as he puts a teething ring in your mouth.
You stop crying and started to suck on it.
There there. I'm hoping that will help you now," Bill said with a sad smile as he rocked you.
I wish that I can take the pain away for you but daddy can't, "Bill said as he smiled at you as he continues to rock you back and forth .
Daddy loves you so much," Bill whisper as he kisses your head.
