The commanders LAAT landed along with captain Ink's LAAT while the other two landed in a different hangar. Each of the four LAATs had two commandos aboard to spread the commandos out. As the doors opened the commander was greeted by a imperial officer who was coming to get a statues report. A trooper opened fire nailing the officer in the chest and catching the attention of all Storm troopers in the hangar.

"Way to go kid." A commando grumbled as he and his partner hopped off the ship.

The two commandos from Ink's ship hopped off and joined the other two with one give some quick orders and then the commandos running off. They easily pushed through the storm troopers. It didn't matter wether that were Vader's fist or just standard troopers. The commando swept through them and out into the hallway. The stormtroopers that were left in the hangar gave the alarm and began to fire at the LAATs as the alarms began to sound.

"Take them out!" The commander shouted.

Both the troopers in his and Ink's LAATs rushed out and began firing at the imperials. While most of the imperials shots missed a few managed to hit the clones. With some falling to the ground dead or injured. The clones continued to push and fire away the imperials gunning many down and forcing others out of the hangar bay. One pilot tried to climb into his TIE fighter but multiple troopers blasted away at the cockpit and blasting through the window and into the pilot.

Soon the imperials were pushed out of the hangar bay and the clones were reorganizing. Reports were the same in the other hangar as well. The clones had taken it while the commandos ran off. The LAATs were launching to pick up more troopers from the ground leaving only a few squads to guard the city. Once the rest of the clones had boarded the commander contacted a lieutenant who was in charge of running the other group.

"Lieutenant Vert. Have your men push for the engine room. We'll take the bridge. Most of what's left on here will be crewers." The commander said into a comlink.

"Copy that commander." Vert replied.

The clones under the commander and captain Ink were split into two teams. One would make its way to the bridge while the other would cover the rear. Once the bridge was captured the next goal would be securing vital rooms. Vert's group would take the engine room and then follow a similar plan. Crew members would be stunned if shown as a threat but imperial troopers were to be shot on sight unless they surrendered.

The commander took his half and began the first push towards the bridge. The first couple of troopers to step out had a barrage of lasers fired at them while they ducked into the hatch frame on the other side of the hallway. A few more stood in the current hatchway and were firing. Slowly the sea of red began to dwindle until there wasn't any. The rest of the unit filed out and into hallway. One squad advanced in front of the other to report things.

"Sir, this is squad one. We've been got in an imperial crossfire trap. Requesting immediate assistance." A voice said through a comlink.

"Hang on Squad one, we're on our way." The commander replied.

The group of clones began to rush through the hallways and could hear the sound of a fire fight. The clones ran around the corner to find the last clone trooper falling to the ground with a blaster mark in his chest. The commander ran up and took the troopers hand as he raised it.

"I'm sorry Commander...they ambushed us." The trooper said.

"It's ok son. You can rest now." The commander said.

"Thank you sir..." The trooper replied.

The trooper laid his head down and the sound of his last breath was released as his hand slipped from the commanders. Before anything could be said a shimmer moved and then a blaster was fired. A trooper next to the commander fired as four troopers two on each side in black appeared before disappearing again. Blaster bolt began to fly and clones began dropping. The clones began firing back in every direction. After a few moments one of the imperials and black fell to the ground dead.

The battle continued and by the time the clones killed the last three the commander had lost half of his men. The commander made his way over to one of the imperials and study their armor. Imperial shadow tech, stealth troopers, so why didn't they send these troops down to the planet? Unless they only had a limited number of these units.

"Captain Ink. Lieutenant Vert. Be on the lookout for stealth units. They have cloaking suits." The commander said into his comlink.

"Copy that commander." The two troopers replied.

The commander and his troopers continued forward and up to the bridge where they found mostly bridge crewers but there was an admiral who stood there with a small squad of imperials. They all turned and the clones gunned down the imperials while the admiral stood there.

His hair was a fiery orange that was slicked back across his head while he had facial hair when down his side burns and down onto his chin and over his top lip connecting the mustache and beard which was shaved to a slight point. He wore the standard issue grey uniforms the admirals were given with three red square pinned on his left breast and two blue ones pinned below those. His boots shined in the light as they were kept polished in clean.

"The bridge is secure." The commander said into his comlink.

"Engine room is secure. The last of the imperial troopers are dead I think sir." Vert replied through the coms.

"I agree sir." Ink agreed as well.

The commander aimed a blaster at the admiral and so did a few of his men.

"Tell the other Destroyers to jump." The commander ordered.

"Why should I?" The man countered.

"Because if you don't I'll shoot you here and now and your career goes down the drain and the empire won't even remember your name." The commander explained.

The admiral that for a moment before turning to the destroyers coms.

"This is the Canal. We've dealt with the clone invaders and will finish up mopping up the last of the clones on the surface." The admiral said.

"Copy that Canal." A voice replied.

The commander watched through the view port as the other two destroyers jumped into hyperspace. A group of the clones came forward and grabbed the admirals arms.

"What is the meaning of this!?" He demanded.

"Take him to the brig." The commander ordered.

The clones drug the man away as he fought against them. His bridge crew watched and then went back to manning their stations when an alarm began to sound.

"Rebel ships have entered orbit!" A crewer shouted.

"Rebels?" The commander asked.
