Avar stood aboard the bridge of The Canal, the ships rightful owner was that of the Clone Rebellion but after their recent defeat on the Rodia system Avar had taken the ship with her. The clone crewmen had been willing to take her command after Galle had been captured, she'd hoped he'd find a way to escape but all she knew was that the majority of the clones had been captured and the Rebellion needed the ship.
After the mission in Rodia and her status as a Jedi more known she'd changed into a new set of robes. They were a dark brown robe with a tan under layer of clothing. The brown robe had been trimmed down as it was her master's robe, it was her way of bringing him with her through the war and now the civil war. She'd hope to have found more Jedi to recruit to their cause and to try and rebuild the order but she'd been unable to and any other survivors of order 66 had been cut off from the force for their own safety.
She knew the risks of staying connected to the force and had to limit her activity through it to risk being found. She'd resorted to old contacts the republic had in the clone wars for information, some well known ones were Sid and Durge which her former clone captain had used as his personal bounty hunter. It wasn't the most reliable intel but it was usually relatively decent. Lately her contacts had been quiet, maybe they'd caught wind of the empire hunting them or something.
Ever since her reconnection with the clones she'd been having visions of a distant planet. It's rocky blue stacks jutting out of the ground surrounded by seas of blue ground. She knew the planet, it was Sarrish one of the 212th Attack Battalions heaviest losses. Many soldiers were killed and many more were left behind and unable to be recovered. She wasn't sure why'd she'd been seeing this planet though, she'd gone and scouted the planet a few times before and found nothing but the local natives.
It troubles her because she felt something was off but her vision wouldn't show her what was wrong.
Plagued by questions she find herself wishing her master had been here with her, he'd be able to help guide her. He may not have been able to give her the answers but it would feel easier if he was here."I'll be in my quarters if you need me." Avar stated as she began walking off.
"Of course madam." A officer replied.
As she passed through the bridge doors she'd shortly be joined by Garson who'd been waiting outside for her timely leave. He'd figured her schedule out rather quickly, every day at the same time she'd do the same thing. She liked the sense of order, not in like a power or controlling sort of way but the idea that everything flowed smoothly.
"I remember when these leaves from the bridge were more random...when we were more...closer." Garson said softly.
"That was when I forgot my ways...but I am a Jedi. It is forbidden that we form emotional attachments." Avar said, a slight pain to her voice.
In the events after order 66 and before the rebellion, Avar had just been some young girl running through the streets of Jedha. She was about eighteen when order 66 happened, she'd stolen a Republic Fighter and jumped as far as she could. Landing on Jedha she sold her ship as quickly as she could and tried to hide your identity. She'd used the credits to buy food from time to time, using a low meditation stasis in hidden locations or so she'd thought.
Garson was a local Rebel and a voice for freedom in the city. He'd been part of Saw Gerrera's partisan cell since the age of fourteen, Avar had met him when he was nineteen but in terms of things he looked older. When the rebellion's supporters came to the planet looking for supporters, Garson had joined them having not agreed with how Saw carried out his missions. With his skill at such a young age what little command the rebellion had quickly promoted him to one of their lieutenants.
