sunnie was cleaning a table when the little bell rang, she thought it was a costumer since it was a pretty busy day but was met with someone else, her friend cola.

"hey sunnie, how are you?" cola asked.

"hi hi, i'm great but kinda tired, what about you?" sunnie answered.

"i'm good too, it seems to be a busy day huh."  they chuckled.

"yep, not so sure why-" sunnie was cut off by someone.

"hey barista, i would like another slice of lemon pie over here!" a random person screamed.

"oh, coming right up! i gotta go there, i'll be right back!" and the girl went over to get the lemon pie.

meanwhile, mcola had noticed how overworked the girl was and felt bad, they pulled out their phone and texted the others about what was happening in the café and that sunnie might need backup. it didn't take long before liz, moony, avery and star showed up.

"oh, welcome you all, do you need anything?" sunnie questioned.

"nope, my turn to ask now sunnie, do you need help here?" avery answered.

"hm? oh no, you guys don't need to-" she was once again cut off by someone and was ready to attend them, when suddenly liz went over there with one of sunnie's backup writing pad and the same apron as the owner.

"don't worry, moony and liz wanted to help you today, not only them but i'll also be helping!" avery exclaimed and went over to the dressing room, sunnie was now thanking herself for ordering so many spare aprons.

"i'll also get myself dressed, if it's okay, i'm gonna work at the cashier to help you dear, you can focus on the drinks." star said and left to the dressing room, sunnie was speechless but seeing her friends help her was already enough to make her smile and go to the kitchen.

"we need a hot chocolate with extra whipped cream!" liz said while popping her head in the kitchen, "also, we are fresh out of the rainbow cupcakes."

"leave it to me!" moony responded and began taking everything they needed.

"alright, tell star when it's ready so she can call me to come here and pick the hot choco." liz finished and left the place.

sunnie didn't lose no time and began preparing the hot chocolate, making sure there was enough whipped cream that it wouldn't fall to the ground but still please the client.

the girl went over to the window of the kitchen and tapped twice to call star's attention, her friend looked at her and nodded before calling liz.

"it looks nice, great job!" and she left to hand the drink to who ordered it.

"table 4 is open but it looks like it needs a clean." star said.

"leave it to me!" avery went to the table and began cleaning it.

"sunnie, tell moony that we received a new suggestion of pastries and see what they think of it." star handled her the note.

"okay!" sunnie went back to the kitchen and poked moony twice on the shoulder, handling them the paper.

"oh?... RAINBOW COOKIES, OH MY STARS, YES I'LL MAKE THEM!" moony happily accepted the request, "we can call them pride cookies!"

"that's a nice idea!" sunnie smiled.

both of them went back to work after that, focusing on the order that liz and star would hand them.

the last client had left finally and sunnie let out a heavy sigh of relief, moony went over to the door and flipped the sign to "closed".

"thank you so much for all the help! i think i was in fact needing it." sunnie scratched the back of her neck, "maybe i should hire people to work here and help me."

"oh oh! i want to work here please! i liked being a waitress!" liz jumped a little.

"me too, it was good to work as a baker here!" moony smiled happily.

"hey, i wanna be a cleaner/waitress here, please!" avery exclaimed.

"i wouldn't mind working as a cashier here if it helps you dear." star responded, giving a little smile.

"huh? well, if you guys want to, sure!" sunnie happily said, "i'll get the papers so you can sign the contracts and become workers here, i also should probably order new costumized aprons for you all, just tell me your favorite color and i'll buy them right away!"

after everyone had signed the papers, sunnie clapped her hands twice and raised a glass of strawberry juice.

"i welcome you all to sunnie's café, hope you guys enjoy working here!" and everyone screamed in celebration.

all of them were drinking juice and eating some pastries, sunnie seemed to turn the point of view to her, "psst- hey reader, i hope you enjoyed the new chapter, i'll see you on the next one in another adventure of us!"

"sunnie, who are you talking to?" cola asked.

"oh, no one!" sunnie turned to you, yes, i'm talking about you dear reader, and gave a little wink.

the chapter had ended as the sunny day was coming to an end.
