Chapter one

My alarm went off in my ear as I stirred awake. Opening my eyes tiredly the realization hit me. I turn 21 today. Sprinting out of my room I knock on my sisters door rapidly "Zima  ! Zima open up!" My sister rips the door open and stares at me " what? What happened why are you yelling?" Before she can ask anymore questions I quickly went into her room and started jumping in excitement. "Today's our birthday Zima! That's what happened, today we're finally old enough to go to earth" I practically yelled " omg I totally forgot" Zima squealed "today we turn 21 Zara can you believe that!?!" She looked over at me still jumping up and down like a child. " yes ik , now go get ready because during breakfast I'll go ask father I he will let us go to earth and meet the mortals." I said and got up from where I was sitting on her bed and left to my room. As soon as I Entered my room I got into the shower quickly. I spent about 25 minutes washing my body as soon as I got out I found maze laying out an outfit for me " oh hey maze" I said " hey Zara happy birthday!" She said excitedly and rushed to give me a hug " thanks maze" I said " so what do you plan on asking for" she asked " well since it's me and Zimas big 21st birthday we're planning on going to earth" I said playing with my fingers " oh do you think Lucifer will let you go?" She said " well if zimas going he'll surly let me go" I said " well you guys will have to figure that out over breakfast but for now just get ready and I'll go pick out an outfit for Zima and then we can all go down" she said heading to the door " alright see you in a little bit maze" I said closing the door behind her.

I changed quickly and brushed my hair out, went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and put light makeup on when I was done I made my hair wavy just to style it a bit. I walked out only to be greeted by my goody two shoes sister and maze "are you guys ready for breakfast?" I quickly asked " yeah we are" zima quickly responded, I just nodded and we began walking down the halls to the dining room downstairs. As soon as we entered the room our father greeted us " good morning beautiful s " he said while walking towards us " good morning father" me and Zima said at the same time " happy birthday twins!" He said hugging us " thank you father" zima said " well come on don't just stand there come eat we got tons for breakfast to feast on" the table there was pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hell even breakfast mini burgers. We sat down quickly and I turned around only to see maze going to the door to leave "maze" my daughter said in a soothing voice that he rarely uses " yess Lucifer " maze said " where do you think your going" my father asked looking at maze with a soft look " uh I Im was leaving so you could all eat in peace" maze stuttered " why don't you join us for dinner you are family after all" he said pointing to an empty chair next to me " alright, thank you Lucifer" she said going to sit down beside me " no don't thank me because your part of the family, and I don't leave out family" my father said starting to eat his food. " someone is scared of my father" I teased, only to receive and elbow in my ribs I coughed to cover the groan that left my mouth. We continued eating until my father spoke up " so it's your birthday what do y'all want for this one?" He said, me and zima looked at each other and smirked. You see Zima acts good and innocent in front of the world but with me she's more like my twin than a good version of me, well back to the present 😏. " uhm yea we wanted to know if we could go to earth maybe and explore?" Zima asked while picking at her food " is that all you want" he asked smugly " way to show off dad but yes that's all we want" i said while smirking and rolling my eyes at my dads remark " and we'd like to go to New York maybe" I asked looking down at my food " well if you both agreed on going then yes you can go." He said and started to eat again " wait really?! Omg thank you dad!" Zima and I squealed practically jumping up and down from excitement. " yes you can I just need to get some stuff prepared" my father said laughing lightly " wait where are we going to stay at?" I asked more seriously now " well a friend back there owes me a favor and you'll be working alongside the avengers, butttt" he said pointing between us " you'll have a house to share so you don't have to stay at the compound with the avengers and you'll have tons of cars and same with more than enough money in both your bank accounts" he said " so we can't stay with the avengers?" I asked curiously. " you can just thought if you want privacy you can stay there" he said looking up from his food " oh then ig it's settled" I said " oh and another thing maze is going with you she will be your assistant" he said " well why can't she go as a friend and not an assistant?"  Zima asked " because an assistant will be more professional" he simply answered " oh ok" I said we finished our food and the maids started to clean up as we talked about what we would do on earth " well you guys should start packing and enjoying your time here because you'll leave tomorrow" our father said standing up and walking towards the door " oh and do me a favor" he said while looking at me " yes" I asked " don't go around having dirty fun with the avengers you two, remember about your members" he said then paused as both me and Zima were crying about his use of words " what I'm trying to say is that I don't want fury on my ass about having pregnant avengers on his team" he said while smirking " ok, ok dad we get it, but there's no promises" as I smirked towards my twin " alright get packed for tomorrow my two little devils" he said as he came over and kissed us both on the forehead. When he finally left I turned towards Zima " I can't wait to meet the avengers" I said with a grin " you can say that again" she said she said with a smirk " ugh you two are disgusting"  maze said while making a disgusted look on her face " oh please like you won't go running to The Captain Marvel" Zima teased " alright you got me there" maze said smiling " alright if you'll excuse me I need to get packing for tomorrow" I said while getting up and walking towards the door " your lucky your dad has tons of money" maze yelled be hind me " well I'll enjoy my stay even more" I yelled back smiling at myself while walking to my room, god I can't wait for tomorrow.
