1000 years ago everything was peaceful until the gods decided to create monsters called konton they are very aggressive creatures nobody could stop them until the gods decided another thing,they decided to bless the humans and these humans were called The awakened with there power they were able to fend off the monsters establishing a kingdom called the Hogo provenience but the problem was there were only 12 awakened and they while powerful weren't immortal so when they had children they would inherit the awakening and 1000 years later the descendants of the 12 would make up the 12 zodiacs about 80% of the city is awakened while the rest aren't they are divided into classes Lower class the non awakened Mid class the adventures that take on small dungeons and high class The awakened blessed with powerful abilities, and the council is regarded as Monster slayer class the ones who are able to fight hordes of monsters single handedly
