hurt knees (Kenma X kuroo)

What happened

Recap (more like I put this here because I can't remember what I wrote)

"Kenma please look at me" "I-I c-can't" I told him "why not" I open my eyes as tears stream down my cheeks "I thought you might be crying" he said as he wiped my tears away

Kuroo's POV
After I took Kenma home he was holding back tears again, I knew his legs hurt but I needed to know how bad and how they feel so I can help him.
"Can I see your legs please?" he turned so I can see his legs "do they still hurt?" 'Why did I ask of course they still hurt I can see it on his face' I mentally screamed "I'm sorry, hey look at me" he shook his head, I put my hand under his chin to raise his head "Kenma please look at me" "I-I c-can't" "why not" 'I know you're crying just look at me so I can comfort you'
he opened his eyes as tears streamed down his face "I thought you might be crying" I say as I pull him into a hug he immediately hugs back sobbing, I noticed his breathing was unsteady which only happens when he is having a panic attack or his out of breath. I pull back to look at him "hey hey hey, look at me" he slowly looked at me "try to think of something that calms you, okay? Can you do that for me?" He nodded.

Kenma's POV
I started to hyperventilate thankfully Kuroo was here to help me, he must have noticed because he pulled away from hugging me and said "hey hey hey, look at me" I hesitated but still looked at him "try to think of something that calms you, okay? Can you do that for me?" I nodded and started thinking about my Kuro yes my Kuro I started to calm down again from thinking of him and his reassuring voice, once I stopped crying he asked "what happened?" I didn't know what he meant by that I think he could tell because "what happened to your knees?" I stiffen at that "I j-jumped t-to h-hit the b-b-ball" I started to cry again as a big wave of pain went through my legs (a/n: I hate when that happens my knee is currently broken) Kuroo started the hold me but in away I could still look him in the eyes as I talk "and w-w-when I j-jump my f-foot got s-stuck behind my other o-one and I f-fell I f-felt a p-pop" I told him, he had a worried face when I said I felt a pop.
