Chapter 10

Next morning

Bella's pov

I wake up and look around me. Everything was on the floor broken. I sit down, oh fuck my head hurt. I stand up and go to the bathroom. I take a shower and prepare myself. After a while I clean my room and go downstairs. There I see Haz.

" good morning Bella" I didn't respond him and just make my coffee.

" hey Bella what wrong, why you are not talking to me"

" I don't know maybe you are talking with me just because of the deal"

" oh no Bella I'm not talking with you just because of the deal. You are my friend and I care about you"

" you do" I said it looking at him

" of course I do, like I said you are my friend and I really care about you " I just run in his arm and hug him tight.

" thanks Haz I never really had friend because of my dad he always tell me to not be that much close with my friend because we never know if his a enemy. So I always have to stay by myself but I'm so glad that you are here, I mean the best part of this deal is that I have a really good friend now"

" oh Bella trust me l am also happy"I just smile and look at him.

" I'm sorry for what happens yesterday night"

" don't be Haz it's not your fault. It's just that I wasn't ready for that I mean I really thought that he liked me and I was really happy with him but then what he said yesterday make me realize that I was wrong. He never liked me, for him I was just a deal and it was all my fault I shouldn't of having hope. He was cold and he will stay like that and I can change it" I start to cry. I can stop crying, he really hurts me. Haz hug me and try to calm me.

After a while I stop crying and we eat our breakfast.

" so what are you going to do today"

" I don't know maybe try to find more information about this signature. Since we couldn't find him yesterday"

" yeah but is it okay if you see Tom" Haz said with a worried face.

" yeah don't worry Haz I live here now so I will be used to it"

" okay then see you later"

" see you later. Oh and Haz"

" yeah"

" thank you"

" anytime cupcake"

" did you just call me cupcake"

" yeah and it suit you"

I just laugh and rolled my eyes. I am really glad that he is here. I don't know what I will do if he wasn't here.

I was in the office for 2 hours now. I was looking for some mob boss and see if I could find something about this signature when suddenly I receive an email saying that we are invited to a party in two days. I start to see who was coming to this party when I see the signature. I stand up and go to Tom's office. I try to stay calm. I don't want to see him, he really broke me and if I see him I'm sure I will say something that I will regret but I will try to stay calm and professional, I mean I am technically working with him.

I knocked on the door and Haz opened.

" oh Bella come in. Did you find something"

" yes Haz I find something" I go in and see Tom he was looking at me. I just try to not look him in the eyes. I sit down.

" so I was doing some research when I receive an email and it's a invitation for a party"

" I don't want to go to a party so tell them I'm don't coming"

" can you shut up and let me finish"Tom look at with a shocked face. I mean I just make shut up a mob boss.
"So like I said we are going to this party because I saw that the person that we are researching for is going to be there. This is a second chance to find him so we are going there"

Haz was looking at me with a smirk and Tom was shocked. Yeah I know I was rude with him but he deserve it.

" I'm going downstairs be ready for tomorrow because we are going to a party" I stand up with a proud face and go to the kitchen. After a while Haz come down.

" ah there you are my badass"

" I don't know if I have to take it as a compliment or something else"

" yeah take it as a compliment. I'm very impressed, I mean nobody talked to Tom like that"

" well he deserves it. He pretty much hurt me. So I have to show him that I can also be rude and cold like him"

" yeah I see that" he said and laughed " so are you coming to the party with us"

" yes of course. I have to be there"

" yes so you could show Tom his limits"

" yes you are right Haz"

" let's eat pizza and watch a movie"

" okay let's do that cupcake"

" okay anyway let's eat"

" yes let's go"

We spend the rest of the day eating and watching movies. We also played games and laughed a lot.
I just spend one of the best day of my life and I also feel better now. This day help me to forget about yesterday night.

Tom's pov

I was going to the kitchen when I heard some laughing voice coming from the living room. I go there and see Bella and Haz having fun. She seems to be happy. Seeing Haz having fun with my wife and that she's more happy with Haz than me, broke my heart so badly. But honestly I am surprised that I am that much sad and jealous. I think I may be in love with her.
