Ballet Club at Fairy Tail University
Lisanna's POV
"One, two, three… One, two, three…" Flora-sensei instructed making our legs bend down and up again and again.
I sigh. Being part of the club is awesome but once you got yelled or embarassed by your stupid-b°°°°y-arrogant teacher, people around will start gossiping about you. Sucks right? Well, not all of them. I have real friends at least.
"That's it for now. Tomorrow's the practicum"
I grabbed my things and bid goodbyes to my fellow club mates then left. I don't want to stay there any longer.
After I changed to our school uniform, I threw my books inside my locker then locked it. My friends couldn't hang-out with me today because of some club meetings or whatever.
While walking I started zoning out that I didn't realize I stepped onto something that made me connect my butt on the ground. Hardcore.
"Ouch!" I whimpered massaging my butt.
"Oh! I'm sorry miss" a deep husky voice said. I looked at his face and it made my breathing hitch. Oh God tell me I'm dreaming.... HE'S HOT!! What's weird is he have pink hair. I mentally chuckled.
"Uh... Oh, that's fine. I'm not looking to where I'm going anyway. Did I step on that?" I said standing up and brushing off the invisible dusts.
"This is my skateboard... Sorry about that" he said worriedly also guilty then he grabbed the tip of his skateboard setting it in a standing position.
"You know, your hair is pi--"
"Salmon"
It hit me... "Oohhhh" the salmon color never entered my mind. Now the tension of awkwardness is getting thicker.
"I'm Lisanna. Lisanna Strauss" I started offering my right hand for a hand shake.
"Natsu Dragneel" then we shook our hands. I stared at his sexy onyx eyes. I don't know how long we stay like that until someone shouted my name and the world begins to rotate again.
"LISANNA!!" we immediately let go. That would be embarassing. Don't want to ruin my reputation.
"Hey Evergreen. I thought your meeting wouldn't last until 5"
"They cancelled the meeting 5 mins. Ago so I started looking for you. But you weren't at the ballet club" she explained then her eyes travelled behind me. "Who's your friend Lis?"
"Oh, this is Natsu. We just met" Ever gripped my forearm.
"Hey you" she said sternly. Natsu looked at her raising an eyebrow. "Yeah you! Look Pinky, our group doesn't like low classes like you. So pls stay away from her. And also, if you're going to approach her, wear something appropriate, not some um... Baggy clothes"
"Ever, stop. I accidentally stumbled and he helped me, okay? Don't be so rude. Besides, I think he's nice" I defended. She just met him and started criticizing? I mean, what the hell?
She rolled her eyes. "It's okay, I understand. Sorry to bother princessess" Natsu stated walking away. I could feel the hurt in his voice. When he's away, Ever started again.
"Lis, you're ruining our image! What the hell is wrong with you girl?! Are you dragging us down?!" she half-yelled seriously. Her brown eyebrows furrowed and eyes burning in fury.
Yup, she's mad.
"Sorry" I uttered looking at the ground.
"'Sorry' isn't going to work. Now choose; us or them?" she pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration.
"You guys are my only friends. I'll choose you guys of course"
"Then stay away from them. Especially him. He's not good enough for a high class like you."
"Okay...."
"Let's go. Forgive me if I shouted. Laki's not going to be happy if she found out about this"
I flinched at the mention of her name. I hope not.
Our group is called 'Roar of the Fairies'.... It's a group of popular girls and boys here at the university. I'm one of them, Evergreen is the assistant leader and Laki, the violet haired girl with glasses, is our leader.
Mira-nee and Elfman-nii didn't join because they said they're bad influence. But for me, they're the only person I could trust. So they treat them as low classes.
Laki is pretty terrifying when the news is about dragging our group down. So all of us abandoned our non-popular friends and started or forcefully hang-out with the populars. The others are plastics but nonetheless, trusted.
There were two groups before; the Dragons and the Fairies.. Together 'Roar of the Fairies'
Laxus Dreyar, the principal's grandson, is the boys' leader. Thousand of histories before merging but only one main rule: 'Crushing the pride and dignity of low classes'
I won't ever do that to them. If I did, I'm much worser than my parents.
"Okay, let's get going"
