The Past (5)

Luna and Sam didn't know that night was the last goodbye. At first Sam did text or call Luna every night like he promised but he began to make excuses day by day, half a year passed they both didn't hear from each other ( you can look back Chapter 1 The Life) Luna change her phone number, and live on with life. She became wild again, party, drinking, spend the night at Bec' s home. She had a couple of boyfriend between 2 years, she didn't take them seriously But hopefully she want to take a break from work she quit her job, stay at home, going to church, she want to forget all her mistakes life and start a new life but then she met Zero (from Chapter 1 The Life). After what happen to Luna and Zero, Luna live was so miserable, sometimes she cry at night. She live unhappy and lonely 19 weeks, one day one of her childhood friend DD has a baby girl, the other childhood friend ask Luna to come with her to the mall and buy stuff for the baby, that day Luna was not feeling very well her mother told her not to go out but Luna said she is my friend and i want to buy something for her baby i will take a medicine and i will be okay, Luna and her friend went out to the mall they both happy all day, but it's getting to dark in an hour Luna and her friend couldn't find a Bus to go home and they both decide to walk on foot a mile away they will take a bus, they both walk and chat laughing together but suddenly a car breaks fail and hit Luna and her friend walking in the sidewalk, Luna stuck in the moment everything was black and when she wake up she was sitting in the road and many people asking her if she was okay and her friend was sitting beside her, Luna was so shock that she didn't know she was bleeding she ask her friend are you okay?, surprisingly was not that hurt she hurt her leg and a bit of scratches on her elbow and leg, but her friend said Luna are you okay? Luna where is your teeth? Luna your face? Luna said what is it? she touched her teeth it was bleeding but a couple of her under teeth was broken in half, Luna was thinking why can't i feel pain?what about my face? she try to touch her face but some people call an ambulance, and the ambulance arrived and people grab Luna and her friend and the ambulance went straight to the nearest hospital. When they reach the hospital her friend was crying for her pain, Luna said is my friend okay? the nurse said she is going to be fine, the nurses gave her first aid. Luna asked the nurse what is wrong with my face? the nurse said your left face skin is peel off and it was bleeding we have to stop it, Luna was shock Oh My, why can't i feel it, 9 minutes later they gave an injection and she sleep, while Luna was sleeping her friend wait her outside the emergency room, 2 hours later she wake up she sat up she look outside her friend and her friend father was there she call her friend are you okay, her friend told her i am okay Luna you family is on the way, Luna said you called your father and my family is on the way why would you call them? i told them it was a small accident, her family arrive her mom said are you stupid? is this a small accident? you broke your under tooth and look at your face and head it was all wrap around by bandages. Luna said i don't want to bother you I'm okay i wanna go home, Luna can't felt any pain,but didn't want to tell anyone, she just ask she want to go home. The doctor gave her mother a medicine for Luna and they went back to home with her friend and her friend father. On the way Luna only care about her friend she kept asking is she was okay, her friend told her she was fine and it's just a little scratches.

They arrive home she lay down in bed, she didn't want to look herself in the mirror, she was thinking why can't i feel pain, she can't stop thinking that night she get up and look herself in the mirror her left side face was covered by bandages and her forehead was bulge and swelling with the size of an egg, i week passed she just began to feel the pain she got sick and vomiting, she was thinking why do i feel pain just now,her family members gave her food,water, medicine on her bed she didn't get up from her bed a couple of weeks, she was getting better and better her forehead was healing her sister take of her bandages for dressing and cleaning, her cousin and all the family visit her her grandmother ask her what exactly happened, Luna told her everything, but while the accident happen i don't know anything its like i was stuck in time it was all dark i know i open my eye by all i see is black and i heard my neck almost cracked under the car and somebody pull my head out and i heard a woman saying call an ambulance, and i wake up and i was sitting on the road everything was pich black i don't know who pull me if that guy he/she didn't pull me out from under the car i will cracked my neck. it's like i skip a couple of time i don't know, i think I'm crazy, i don't exactly know what happen. Her grandmother told her you bump her head Luna your just thinking, well maybe that woman shouting pull you, Luna didn't tell anyone at that moment she didn't feel pain nobody will believe her. A month later she was getting better they went to a doctor to get a fake teeth because she lost her couple of under tooth, and her left face was scar Luna think it's going to scare forever, she lost her confidence she stay at home again sometime she dream about her accident and couldn't sleep, she didn't want to go out she just stay at home reading books watching TV, cleaning house, after what happen she can't drive something she is afraid of the car, she still has trauma till today. A year has passed Luna started to count things a rubber band, a peanut, an uncooked rice, how many plates they have, how many couch in the house,how many flowers in the bed sheet you name it! she start to count everything,but not out loud but in her mind! she asked herself many times why am i counting, am i crazy?,and she began to have OCD she can't see something messy or dirty she organize everything, for her everything has to be perfect in the house, sometimes she control herself, and sometimes i have to stop counting why am i counting numbers, everytime she count number she doesn't like to end in the middle it has to stop at 10/20/30/40/50 etc. or 100/200/300 etc. or 15/25/35 etc. sometimes she was humming like (123,456,789,and 10) she laughed and what am i doing sometime she doesn't know she was counting. Half a year later one night Luna and her friend went to their friends birthday party, they were have fun she was a little bit drunk (not too much drunk) their friends house was a little bit far so her friend trying to take her home she sat on her friend bike, in the middle of the road her friend V said, i need to pee stay here okay, he went besides the tree, Luna look around she is a little bit drunk and it was dark and she kinda scared, she called her friend he said almost there, Luna looked around and her vision was getting blurred, and when she wake up she was sitting on a steps and her friend was shaking her to wake her up, Luna wake up and said what happen? V said we reach home wake up, get up I'll tell you in the morning, Luna said why my knee is so hurt? and she went to the door and her friend goodbye her. The next morning she got a text from her friend. V text her;

V: Good morning are you okay?
Luna: i guess i am, why my knee is so hurt ( she check her knee and it was scrach and bleeding)
V: what happened to you?
Luna: what happen to me? you tell me!? i was waiting you and then i wake up sitting on a steps!? and why am i bleeding
V : you really don't know?
Luna: what happen?
V : while i was taking a pee, you were waiting me right?
Luna: Yes i am
V: when i got back you weren't there i was looking around you, calling your name you didn't answer me, i thought you are lost i looked around again and i came besides the cliff i looked down and you are stuck in the bushes, omg! you almost fall, you fall maybe around 10 meters i don't exactly know, you were stuck in the bushes unconscious i came down i pull you up, i try to wake you, you can't wake up!.
Luna: what! a cliff!? how do i get there!?
V: i don't know, you tell me? what is wrong with you?
Luna: i don't know either, i know that i called your name but i can't remember after that. (Luna thinks something is wrong)
Luna: Hey V, maybe I'm too drunk and i was looking for you and maybe i got there, thanks for saving me.
V: don't ever do that again.
Luna: i promise, bye
She turn off the phone and look herself in the mirror saying what is happening to me? why can't i remember, i know i drink a little but I'm not that drunk. She sat on her bed, thinking omg i had another accident!!

**( look back chapter 3 The past. Luna had many little accident since she was a little kid, she was so lucky she is still alive today. Every time she was in love,there is a problem it was taken away, her life was just pain, if the curly red hair girl from Chapter 2 The Began ,said about being curse was true, life is so unfair for her.)
