It is the beginning of the year at the Wodehouse high school, and Gracie is excited to be back at school with her friends. She didn't get to she them all summer because she was on vacation. Gracie and her family always go on these month long trips to big places all over the world. She's been to New York, France, Rome, Mexico, Brazil, Africa, England, and a lot more. Gracie would have had the best day ever, if she didn't find out that she was partnered up with Connor. (Connor and Gracie have been enemies for about 8 years. Gracie is always saying that that Connor is a jerk, but others say that he is nice, so I guest you could say that Connor is a nice jerk). Both Gracie and Connor asked the teacher if they could have different partners but they failed.
After everyone was settled Mrs. Evans told the class what they will be doing.
"The project is on how to care for animals. You have to pick an animal and tell how to care for it."
Right after Mrs. Evans told them the project, Connor and Gracie both looked at each other.
Gracie said,"We are defiantly doing cats."
Then Connor replied,"We can't do cats!"
"Why not!??!" Gracie questioned
"Because, dogs are better!!!"
