CH 1: Heirloom

Today was the same day as usual. I get bullied for not having a power, I feel bad for myself except, I felt today was going to be a good day

"I'm home!" I yelled

"Oh Izuku! I wanna give you something." Said my Dad

"Ok let me change real quick Dad." I said climbing up the stairs to my room

Layder...

"Ok Dad what do you want to give me?" I asked

"Our family heirloom!" My Dad replied

"What is it exactly?" I replied

"It's a clock, My father gave it to me when I was 14 years old so I'm giving it to you!" He answered "My grandfather said that the watch had a special ability that one of the Midoriya boys will acquire
"I hope it's me!" I said laughing and taking the watch from my father

"Put it to good use ok son?" He said

"I will Dad!" I said

"Hey nerd, What's with the watch?" My childhood best friend Kacchan asked

"It's a family heirloom, my Dad gave it to me yesterday." I answered

"It's pretty cool. I wish my old man would give me shit other than dumb board games, I mean a clock is nothing but atleast it's practical." He said

"Kacchan, you should be grateful for the gifts." I said

"Yeah yeah whatever nerd. Also I heard Shioda is absent so noone will be bullying you today I hope." Kacchan said walking away

"Kacchan wait it's still our last period!" I yelled

I was walking alone under a bridge when I heard something come up from behind me.

"Ahh, A human meat shield PERFECT I can hide with you!" Said a sludge monster looking guy

As he was about to punch me I closed my eyes and braced for impact... But it didn't happen

"What the???" I opened my eyes to see everything gray and colorless, the sludge villain's fist frozen midair.

I found an empty bottle and quickly put pieces of the villain in slowly but surely.

"I guess time must be stopped or something." I stated knowing noone else can hear me

I close the lid of the bottle and shake it up a bit just for revenge.

"If time is stopped how can I continue it?" I asked "maybe a word? An deactivation phrase?"

"Time RESUME!" Nothing happened

"CONTINUE!" Again nothing happened

"Toki wa ugokidasu." Everything went back to color and the birds continued moving

"WOAH!" I yelled

"Don't fear for I am-." I saw my Idol All Might jump from the manhole probably lookig for the villain

"Excuse me young man have you seen a villain come here?" He asked

"Oh uh here. I caught him for you!" I said

"Thank you for doing so Young man, may I ask what your quirk is?" He asked

"Oh I'm quirkless but recently just now I stopped time!" I said "I must be a late bloomer I guess."

"A very interesting quirk, you will be a great hero one day!" He said as he jumped away with the bottle on hand (haha he aint dropping it this time.)

"All might said I can be a hero." I said as I checked my neck and saw that the clock was gone and a symbol formed on my wrist that looked like the clock."

"Now I wonder what the trigger word is." I asked myself, I was a big fan of the popular  Manga by Hirohiko Araki so I thought of trying the trigger word for DIO first.

"ZA WARUDO, TOMORE TOKI WO!" I yelled as everything went gray again
(This won't be an Izuku has tw or anything just a reference.)

"No known drawbacks yet." I said to myself  looking at the frozen cherry blossom leaves

"Toki wa ugokidasu." I said as everything went back to normal again

"Better get home before Mom and Dad get worried." I said

"Kacchan! Kacchan!" I yelled out to my friend

"What do you want?" He asked a little irritated

"I got a quirk!" I said

"Woah really what is it!?" He asked

"TOMARE TOKI WO!" I said as I seemingly teleported behind Kacchan

"Whoa!" He said startled

"I can stop time, cool right!" I said

"That's pretty cool but my explosions are better." He said full of pride

"It has no drawback." I said

"Ok you win..."
