This is an MHA fanfic about Ochako Uraraka and Asui Tsuyu.
Tsu is hit and ignored by her single father, and the only way she can learn is by reading by candlelight at night, which is why she's reading so often. She has to pretend she's invisible during the day, so it looks like only her father lives there.
Ochako is in love with the mysterious girl in the window, and quickly develops Hanahaki for her. She hopes Tsu likes her back, but what she doesn't know is that Tsu's holding her feelings for her back, because of fear of her father.
