Dream pov:
I finally got Nick to calm down, and talk to george. They started getting along well, to the point where Nick kicked me out of my room just to talk privately with him.
I did what every good friend does when their best friend wants to talk to a mirror alone, I pressed my ear to the door and listened in. Faintly I could hear Nick saying something along the lines of "I'm really worried about Clay, he's been acting differently."
I guess it was true, I was acting differently but it's not my fault. I practically got my father killed, no matter how many times Nick tells me it isn't my fault I can't help but feel that he is lying to me.

Soon enough Nick left my house, he had forgotten that he had work today. He wouldn't stop apologizing, I lost count of the amount of times I told him that I would be fine.
Lani's brother Tubbo picked Drista up, apparently they had arranged going to see the new Spiderman movie. I waved them good-bye, almost relieved that I was in my house all alone. My mother had texted me saying that she had to stay at work late again but I didn't mind.
I needed to figure out where I knew George from, it's been killing me ever since I saw him. He was so familiar, but I couldn't place my finger on who he was. I don't think he is from this dimension, but I never really thought about all of the other possibilities.
Once I am in my room again, I shift my eyes back to the mirror that seems to haunt me. That's when it hit, I recognized this mirror from when I was around 8 years old.
It was in my grandmother's house.
I was visiting because my mother and father were going on an anniversary date or whatever, and they didn't have a nanny to watch me and Drista.
My fathers' mother had offered to take care of us for the night.Drista and I were playing hide and seek, while my grandma was cooking us our favorite dinner. Spaghetti. It was my turn to hide, and while Drista was counting I ran up the stairs into grandma's room.
I looked around for a while until my eyes set place on the most perfect hiding spot ever.It was right behind a vintage mirror, and it was covered by a knitted blanket that grandma must have been in the process of making.
In the distance I hear my 5 year old sister trying her best to cunt to one minute.Right then I heard her say what I am assuming was the number 5, it was hard to tell exactly what she was saying because no 5 year old has perfect speech, like hell I could hardly talk and I am three years older than her.
I quickly lift up the sad attempt of a blanket, and hide behind the mirror as I am getting myself situated, I hear Drista saying "Ready or not here I come," then loud footsteps follow.
I feel my elbow knock into something, and then a clicking sound. I dismissed it. I dropped the blanket and hid in the corner up against the wall.
I am completely covered, my heart is hammering in my chest; Drista and I were always super competitive, and whoever loses by the time dinner is ready has to do whatever the other says.
Rumor went around saying that my grandmother's room was haunted, and little Drista wouldn't dare to come up here. Even if she did, there is no way that she would find me, I have found the perfect spot.
I am taken out of my zoned out state by yelling downstairs. Not angry yelling, just my grandma telling Drista and I that dinner is ready, and to come down. I immediately get out of where I was hiding and scope out the area, after not seeing drista anywhere I head downstairs.
