Porto, Portugal

Daisie was exhausted.

The team was given the day off due to jet lag so Daisie had snuck out at the break of dawn to snatch a sunbed on the beach.

It was only the girl, the sun, the sea and sand.

The waves calmly fell on top of one another then smoothly pooled out. The sun was kind and shined bright, onto the young Brit.

Daisie had gotten to the point in her novel where the protagonist and their love interest had finally gotten together; the part that she hated.

Daisie Dior Delore loved a good book where the two characters don't immediately get together, there's a chase. Her doey eyes scanned the page before she had finally had enough.

Families with children started to congregate at the beach and the girl took that as her sign to leave.

Before departing, Daisie halted with her book and phone in hand. A small family of three caught her eye.

There was a father, a mother and a young boy. The man had a slight resemblance to Mason Mount and the woman had brunette hair.

The son was building sandcastles and rubbing his hands off on his red trunks.

Daisie sighed. She had never truly seen why women rush to have families, relationships and children. Daisie never wanted children, she had no dream of it.

The idea of being a stay at home mother would drive her up the walls and let anyone who asked her about it suffer her debate about why stay at home mothers are more likely to divorce their husbands.
