The nicotine left their lungs as they breathed out, staring at the empty city. It was quiet but not in their mind. A million thoughts ran through it each getting a second to present its case and then leave letting the next one get the spotlight. Their dull eyes reflected the light in front of them, low music leaked from their ear buds and overall a long frown was drawn on their face. They didn't know how to feel, they just felt numb.
The music was good but repeated too many times.
The lights were beautiful but seen too many times
The nicotine was helped but tasted too many times
They didn't know why everything was just repeated every day, every meaningless thing always happened everyday. The same people, the same job, everything was the same and nothing different happened.
So the question to ask is, what can happen to MAKE it different.
