Anger

Anger builds in it makes your heart pound your mind heavy but it's not that kind of angry the kind you scream at everyone and drop to the floor and cry because you can't explain how you feel you let it control you and you hurt people around you, you could have kept your mouth shut but you were so hurt everything came out and you just want to take everything back you lose people you love you can't control yourself you build things inside and you let it out on other people because no one was ever there for you so when you're alone you just think of how much of a bad person you are you can't even look at yourself, you don't even recognize yourself you feel so empty everyone's taken your happiness you're breaking in silence but you scream not because you're angry
you are screaming for help.
