"Annika." She sighed loudly capping the pen she was using as she heard her husband's screams. She lazily dragged herself to the living room to face her impatient husband.

"See what I got, for you." Shivaay pointed his index finger on the teapoy where a basket with a few cushions was placed.

"Cushions?" She mocked him, only to see tease him. Within seconds Shivaay tensed up and started looking all around the table.

Annika held a blank expression watching her husband behave strangely. She looked at him; he walked to the sofa lifting the cushions and began searching.

"Shivaay cool down. What you're looking for?" She asked gently. As a response, he started nodding his head in gloomy.

"Billi. I lost him." She gaped at him and thought that her husband was a mad person. She shook her head at his extra gloomy behaviour and slumped down the sofa. Leaning back to the soft puffy surface, she sloped her eyes for a while.

Her ears perked up hearing a faint purr. Both straightened themselves and started looking from the source of the voice.

"Here he is." Shivaay went off his knees bending down to have a clear picture. Annika had a bewildered face, looking at him acting crazy.

"Meet him. Breed: Scottish Fold. He is 14 weeks. I had to run all over the city to get him. In the adoption centre, they call him, Silo." She looked with her wide eyes with pure bliss. Shivaay placed the little creature on his four paws on the table. Annika pushed her husband aside and walked to meet him.

She approached him on getting to the kitten's level and extended her hand with a closed fist and one finger slightly extended. As understanding, the kitten reached his paws to open her fisted fingers.

"Shivaay Tiger has eyes like yours." She whispered.

"Yeah, he has. But who Tiger?" He asked her whispering. He smiled looking at the kitten purred as Annika scratched his chin.

"His name." She proud answered while enjoying playing with him.

"But I wanted to call him Zuri. Not an issue, we will call him Zuri only." He came forward and kneed down to meet the kitten's level. Annika frowned hearing his rants.

"You gave me hard time from the morning but I will behave well. Hello Zuri!" He copied the same action his wife did a few minutes back to the kitten. But the result was not the same.

As Shivaay titled, Zuri scratched his hands feeling threatened and anxious. Shivaay let out a small gasp by the scratches.

"It's fine. Immunizations are going on." He said sensing Annika tensed. But then what amused is that, when Shivaay twisted his mouth in jealousy.

"When she did the same, you like it. Then why aren't like when I do?" He folded his arms around his chest and huffed.

"Billy Ji he is a kitten." She stuck her tongue out laughing at him. Whilst enviousness had overtaken him; he diverted his gaze from them and started looking at the ceiling animatedly.
