chapter 7

(sorry, haven't been updating often)

I was excited to see the kids again I had a huge grin on my face I prepared everything, today we were opening early 6:00 sharp on the dot. I began to stretch and excise, I got out the sleeping mats and blankets. I grab some of the melting candies that melt in your mouth that have melatonin in them, and put them in cup of water so if the kid are having a hard time they can easily drink it and fall asleep. I hear the doors open and see one parent of 3 kids and she looked stressed and I walk over to her and i hear bells signaling sun is here, she said they haven't been able to rest and she had early work. I nodded and ask sun to lead the kids over to the mats and give them the small cups of water. He nodded and head over the the kinda tired kids, I turn my attention back to the mom? and signal she can leave we have it covered. As she left I walk over to see the kids passed out and sun smiling I grin and signal sun to come over. He came over and me and him start to have a conversation until it was interrupted  by the door opening I skipped over as sun hopped over. We see a teen with 4 kids all full of energy I smile a bit and ask sun to handle the kids while I talk to the teen. Sun just smiled wider as he gave them the drink and I ask who the children are. And the teen just says he had to babysit them and they haven't slept in 24 hours. I nod and lead them to behind the desk and threw the door too a back area with beds and where they could sleep. He looked thankful and lay'd down and fell asleep immediately, I went back to the main area to see sun looking bored I hopped over with a smile as we continue our interrupted our conversation.

It was now lunch time, I got out my lunch it was a sandwich as well as apple slices. I ate as I watch the kids go out the door with there parents to go have lunch or just leave. I see sun look a bit lost but then he went over to his balcony  and went in to power down. I ate my lunch as someone came in, they looked around till they spotted me and walked over. They began to speak " hello you must be the day guard, i'm the electrician and i'm supposed to fix the lights"

" oh yes um i'll show you where the generators are if you will follow me" 

"oh yes of course"

The oldish man followed me to the first generator, when we got there he began to fix the generator, I excused myself and went to the tower and went the back way up the tower. I saw sun powered down so I powered him on, he looked confused for a second I told him to take the kids on a field trip to the music section because the electrician was fixing the generator. He nodded and powered down again. I went back to the first generator and lead him to the first generator.
