In Sintersage High school there's nothing amazing or entertaining as you would say but there is alot of bullshit and drama that goes on. First we have The popular kids which aren't people you would want to mess with wheather its beneficial or not, then we have the Athletics most of them are guys and so far they are pretty hot,then you have the hippies then the goths then we have the smart kids that are considered nerds, last but also least we also have me. I'm an average girl I love music I'm smart athletic but not popular or goth or even a hippie. Unlike anyone else my best friend is Model Material she's beautiful and has long silky hair with huge green eyes and dimples. I have long black hair with dark brown eyes and I'm not as skinny as her but I'm not chubby either I'm just Average. All most guys acknowledge about me is my ass but not my heart or personality.
"Hey Lay!" Yells my best friend Madison from across the hall
"Hey M whats up?" I said yawning and scratching my messy bun.
"First of all eeeewww why do you look like that today?"she said
"Um look like what?" I answered
" Like that Layla you look like Shit!"
I rolled my eyes "Thanks M I appreciate it and I believe if I want to look like shit I have the fre-"
"Okay Lay don't smart talk you know I'm really dumb" she says as she pulls out a piece of paper out of her bag and shows it to me
"What's this?" I ask even though I know what it is but I want to act like I don't know so I don't get invited.
"Its a partaaayyaaaayyyy" she says dancing a little "cmon we should go its going to be fun lay,plus you barely go out!"
"M, I wasn't invited, so I won't go I'm not going to show up to a place where nobody wants me"
"Who said nobody wants you there?"
"I wasn't invited so I won't go plus i- um have to go somewhere with my parents tonight"
" stop lying you have no plans tonight with those two don't call them your parents! But okay if you want to stay home I get it" I smirk and give her a playful punch on the ribs
"Thanks darling" as soon as the bell rings we rush to class and take our seats and start to copy our notes I thought about what Madison said about not calling those people my parents I start looking out of the window day dreaming wondering if one day just one day I would be happy. Maybe one day I will be loved by people I know the only person who cares and loves me is Madison we've been best friends since Pre- K till now we've been through elementary school,middle school,and freshman and sophomore year together and now Junior year will be the same amazing Ride with her. But sometimes I just want to be protected by a family or by someone else. I can't tie Madison down forever she has a social life and I can't keep her from that. I guess I'll just stay being average.
