I woke up early at 6. A.m and got in the shower as I showered I noticed the bruises were fading away and they started to hurt less. I changed quickly and went downstairs quietly because I knew if I woke someone up I would get my ass beat like always so I quietly made my self a sandwhich and drank a glass of juice and I went to work. As I drove I kept replying what I had learned of my research project, I was making sure I didn't forget what I learned, my goal was to get good grades and go to college to get out of that damn house.

I walked in quickly to work and put on my working outfit And got to work. I walked into the back part of the restaurant and checked on all the dishes. Madison ran in trying not to get caught due to the fact that she was late today.
"M, you're late!" I told her as she gave me a tight hug
" I am aware that I'm late babes"
"How was the party lastnight?"
" it was great, I danced so much and I met a guy!"
"A guy?"
"Yes a guy he told me he's new in town him and his brother" I shrugged and got to work.
"Hey Lays we need a waiter at table 7 !" The boss yelled, I picked up my pen and notebook
".On it Boss!" I went to the table and as soon ad I went a caught a cute guys eye there were two of them they looked alike in a way but one was a little note muscular. They both had brown hair and blue eyes.
"Um may I take your order!?" One of them was so cute that It was hard for me to speak.
" yeah um can we just get two sandwiches with extra lettuce and tomato on them and two Pepsis" His voice was deep and hot, and his jawline was sharp and amazing.
" yeah sure,coming right up!". I said as I smiled I walked to the kitchen and pinned the order to the order catcher
"Yo order on table 7" I yelled
Madison pulled me to the side
" those are the guys!"
"Yes M I know they are guys and they're hot"
"no dumbass those are the guys I met at the party, I was flirting with the one in the longer hair!" Thank god she wasn't flirting with the one who didn't speak while I took their order he was so cute. The order was ready and so I took the order to the Table and gave it to them
"Enjoy!" I said and as I walked away one of the boys yelled
"Hey". I turned around and said
"Yes do you need anything"
"Just wanted to say thank you,beautiful". The guy said smiling
This time it was the guy who didn't flirt with M it was the one who didn't speak when I took the order it was the muscular one I smiled and walked away. As I walked back I hears Madison say
"Saw that Lay" I smiled at her and kept walking.
