I wake up in darkness. Peering around the huge space tells me nothing. I'm lying on my side on hard concrete with something cold around my ankle. I try to call out but can't make a sound, yet someone chuckles in the shadows.
"Good morning sweetheart. Or should I say afternoon?" A voice calls from the darkness. "Either way you're stuck down here."
When I try to reply, no sound comes out again. That causes more laughter from the man.
"Oh don't try. You won't be able to. You can't do anything unless we want y-" he was interrupted by someone knocking on the door. "Here's breakfast. "
I guess he walked to a door and got the food, but he just appeared with a tray. The first thing I noticed, don't judge me, was that he was handsome, although with a sinister feeling. He was wearing a skintight black shirt with matching pants. His muscles were prominent underneath his clothes and he had messy blonde hair. Only his smile was ominous.
As he pushed the tray toward me I saw how delicious the food looked. Though it was only grilled cheese, the sandwich was oozing cheese and the side of fruit looked fresh and juicy. As soon as I took the first bite I realized I was starving. Good thing there was enough to feed an army. I ate like I hadn't had food in three days, which was very possible.

Sorry I write so slowly. I really hope people are enjoying my story. I've just been really busy with my last year of middle school, tests, grades, picking a high school. Soooo... bye!
