You had been the girlfriend of a YouTuber for a while now.
Memeulous was his channel name, George made being a YouTuber look so easy.
However it's not all sunshine and rainbows meaning your boyfriend got his fair share of hate comments across all of his platforms online.
George didn't know you were aware of the hate; you'd found out about this when Alex informed you about the comments on the eboys video uploaded months ago.
Concerned, you decided to look for yourself and on the new video your boyfriend posted on his George M channel, there was a large amount of negativity in the comments section.
@memeuloushater: he doesn't show his face because he's ugly
@Lilly.padilla1 : anyone noticed he's gaining weight?
@Riley_may27: he really should do us all a favour and kill himself!!
@user38392929: y/n can do so much better than this coward who doesn't even show his face online
@Paigemayy: no wonder the eboys stopped you could tell how much they all hated George in every video...
Heartbroken, you rapidly shut the screen on your laptop.
You had no idea what to do.
Should you go and find George and make sure he's doing alright?
Should you find Alex and see if he's noticed anything up with George?
After a couple minutes, you decided you should go and visit George and see if you could notice if anything is up with him. This task could be quite difficult as when it comes to emotions, George was not the best at expressing him and bottles up his feelings.
Despite this, you decided to go anyways - knowing that George would one hundred percent do the same for you if you were experiencing this.
Walking down the hallway of the apartment complex, you grabbed the spare key out of your handbag and entered the apartment, hoping George or Alex was home.
You walked into a deadly silent apartment, taking slow footsteps; a frown forming on your face.
You made your way to George's room slowly but surely, then knocking before entering.
No answer.
Knocked again,
No answer.
Maybe he was asleep and you were just overthinking.
Nosily, you opened the door and entered the room; you were shocked.
Curtains drawn shut, clothes all over the floor and your boyfriend sitting on his unmade bed, staring at the ceiling, taking a glimpse of his laptop and seeing he'd scrolled into the comments- seeing the words said about him.
Immediately, you ran over to him, sitting beside him and holding him close and shutting the screen of the laptop.
'We'll get through it together I promise, we always do' you reassured him, kissing the top of his brown, fluffy hair.
'I'm not good enough y/n, it's no good, maybe they're right, what if i did,' he paused 'you know, quit?'
'No, I love you George, there are so many others that do too.' You said this while you ruffled his soft brown hair and fiddled with the strings of his ObamaLand hoodie he released weeks ago.
'I love you too y/n' He mumbled into your shoulder.
'You should have told me about this though George, the comments; how they'd been affecting you.' You sighed.
'I'm sorry y/n.' George apologised as his pretty blue eyes met yours.
'Don't worry,' you smiled, before kissing his soft lips, 'Everything's going to be fine,'
