It was Sunday, no classes or lectures. I sat on the couch eating cereal, I had another bowl on the coffee table, just in case he chose to appear. As much as I knew he as real, it still made me feel stupid when I was alone.
I finished eating and changed the channel onto some stupid cartoons. I felt Gerard flop onto he couch with the bowl in his hand. He was super solid today, like he didn't at all look transparent.
"Took you long enough." I said sarcastically, his eyes flicked onto me.
"I was trying. I told you this is hard to do." Gerard said, he ate another spoonful.
"I was joking. Its no big deal." I said, he smiled and nodded slightly. "Wanna hang out today?" I asked.
"Sure, but you can't exactly go around campus talking to yourself." Gerard pointed out, he set his empty bowl down and sighed.
"We can just hang out here. Maybe you can do some of that magical movie shit to the tv." I told him.
"I could, but maybe I'm not that nice." Gerard said smirking. I chuckled and nudged his shoulder. "Maybe in a bit."
"Want some coffee?" I asked, I picked up the dishes. I put them I'm the dishwasher, Gerard sprang up and appeared beside me.
"Coffee?" Gerard asked drumming his fingers on the counter.
"Yea, do you want some?" I asked. Gerard started bouncing on his toes.
"OH MY GOD YEAH!" Gerard squeaked. I laughed at his excitement. I started the coffee maker and he watched as it began to fill the pot.
The rest of the day went like this. Coffee and horror films, and it was maybe the most fun I had in years.
