Chapter Four

"Oh, isn't that a little much to assume Theos?" A new calming voice spoke. The owner of the voice had short icy blonde hair that has a dark navy bandana covering most of it. He also had a Porcelain-like complexion and russet brown eyes. The male had a warm smile on his face at the sight of Jasper and Theos speaking to each other. Peering behind Jasper the boy gave a short wave the Reine, to which she returned.

"Leon, I'm guessing both you and Theos finished everything together yeah?" Jasper's voice was smooth and calm unlike before. His eyes shone in happiness seeing his crew coming together more.

While the boys spoke Reine glanced at Leon's outfit, he seemed to wear a dark navy jacket with a plain white shirt underneath. His pants are a dark blackish color with hints of brown and gray. He had a light brown belt with a golden buckle that had a light gray scarf attached to it. On the left side of his belt is a small sheath where a dagger would be held. On his hands and wrists are black bandages.

Reaching out and grabbing ahold of Jasper's hand, Reine stood slightly behind him. A warm smile on her face as she watched the interaction. Peeking her head out from behind him Reine smiled at the two boys in front of her. Leon returned the smile before turning back to his captain.

"So, who is the girl behind you? I won't go as far as Theos did and assume you are dating her." Leon's voice was suspicious, he was curious. I mean who wouldn't be? A new girl on the crew, and one that's close to their captain, nonetheless.

"I'm captain here, and every captain needs his treasure, you want my gold? You come at me" Jasper's tone was harsh and protective, of course he loved his crew, but they don't always need to ask questions. From behind Jasper Reine slightly tugged on his coat. Attempting to grab his attention as soon as she got it Reine motioned for him to bend down so she could whisper.

"You don't need to be so protective; I'll be able to handle myself soon. As soon as you teach me how to wield a sword and Henry teaches me how to use a gun." Reine's voice was hushed and embarrassed. She hadn't been properly introduced to the two boys, so she was slightly nervous but didn't want to be babied too much.

"As much as I know you could, I'm still the one in charge here, and no one will change that, not even you, little princess" Ruffling Reine's hair around before turning back to the two boys. His hand still holding onto the princesses.

While Jasper turned back to the boys Reine's face flushed red. Placing her head on Jasper's back out of embarrassment the female sighed. Doing nothing but staying behind him until her blush faded away. Once she was calm, she stepped to the side of him and gave him a small glare.

"Hello, my name is Reine. It's a pleasure to meet you both, I just recently joined the crew so I hope we can get along or life will be hell." Reine's voice was soft and sweet. She didn't want to come off as too softly spoken but that's all she can be now.

After the princess spoke up there was a long pause. Looking between the two males Reine felt a small panic rise. Moving slightly back behind Jasper as she awaited their response.

"Oh, well it's nice to meet you Reine. My name is Leon, this is Theos" Speaking up and breaking the silence was Leon. God knows Theos won't speak up or talk to Reine for a bit. He'll have to warm up to her. At the mention of his name Theos just gave a small wave.

"Hmmm? Did the princess finally get the courage to speak up and introduce herself? How cute, I bet you can't do it again" Jasper's teasing hadn't stopped, in fact since Reine decided to do something and introduce herself made him want to tease her more.
