As Gladion and CJ left the airport Gladion saw CJ looking down "something wrong?" said Gladion "yeah" said CJ "well what is it?" said Gladion "today is the day that L died" said CJ "oh my god I am so sorry I bet this day is going to be-" " I'm gonna be fine Gladion" said CJ " I just have to go visit his grave in Tokyo Japan" CJ replied "well is their anything I can do?" said Gladion "yeah can you watch Mimikyu, and if I stay the whole day will you not freak out?" said CJ "of course" said Gladion "and if you want to stay there go on ahead I noticed that you haven't been yourself ever since you came back, so if you need to leave and go find a place that's more suitable go there" said Gladion "that's actually what I'll do thank you for being so understanding, but what about you" said CJ "don't worry about me" said Gladion "you've been worrying about me and how I feel ever since we said our farewells you need to focus on you and what you want in your life plus your almost 18 and it's time for you to move on from this place" said Gladion "yeah so I can go?" said CJ "of course, but first you need to say goodbye to everyone else" said Gladion "ok" said CJ "and thanks for being so understanding" said CJ "anytime" said Gladion.
The next day at the Pokemon School Professor Kukui told everyone that CJ had an announcement. Then CJ came to the front of the class and began to spoke "I'm leaving" the whole class gasped in shock "the reason I'm leaving is because I realize now that this world isn't where I belong at least now for that matter" "but you said that you would stay" said Sophocles "I know what I said, but the reason I said that was because I was thinking of all of you and what y'all wanted not about what I wanted, this is a new chapter for me". CJ then looks to Mimikyu and says "Mimikyu, you have been the best partner I've ever had which is why I'm leaving you with someone I trust, Gladion; he will take good care of you for now on; he will be your owner" said CJ "and to everyone else thank you for accepting me and thank you for making my life so much fun, its been fun actually, ya know fighting Buzzwole, getting my powers from Lusamine, everything thank you for shaping my character" said CJ "but I now have to go and live my life I love all of you and will never forget any of you" said CJ "thank you Professor Kukui" said CJ and with that CJ casted a portal and started to walk through
