We Have A New Gift! (Encanto x MHA)

Mirabel ran out of the Casita because she couldn't take it any longer. She was always shunned out by her Abuela, receiving insults from her older sister Isabella, being told she cant do anything by the village just because she was giftless.

She ended up in a forest she never knew of which made her smile a bit. Finally she can let out all of the tears she stored in her eyes all those years of torment. When she heard rustling from behind her. She whipped her head as fast as she could which made her neck ache to see a white bear? Mouse? Cat? Or dog? She didnt know what it was but it was what she saw.

"Why hello there young lady! You seem to be upset of something!" The small figure stated with a smile as Mirabel watched it move and talk. 'Must be his gift then'

"Well... I just needed some alone time from my family" Mirabel whispered as she wiped away a tear that fell of her now swollen eye.

"Oh? You can tell me why you need some alone time? I am Nezu by the way the Principal of UA High School of Japan!"

"T-there's no need to comfort me Mr. Nezu! After all who would want to listen on a giftless person like me" Mirabel muttered but was heard by the other being in the vicinity.

"Giftless? Do you perhaps not have something your family has?" Nezu questioned as he saw ice forming on the curly haired woman' hand.

"Well yeah, my family has gifts which are superpowers"

"Oh? Mind telling me their powers?" Nezu questioned as he sat down beside Mirabel.

"Sure. Tiá Pepa can control the weather depending on her mood, my mom Julieta can heal people with food and my Tió Bruno, they say he saw the future but suddenly disappeared." Mirabel paused to let the words settle into the fury creature she was talking to. Nezu nodded indicating that she would continue "My cousins:  Dolores can hear a pindrop, Camilo can shapeshift to any person, and Antonio can talk to animals. Then there's my sisters, Señorita la Perfecta Isabella who can grow flowers out of nowhere and Luisa who can lift a bridge and a house without breaking a sweat"

The two continued talking about Mirabel's family until...

"You do know you also have a gift Mira" Nezu pointed out making Mirabel confused.

"Do I? My gift is just probay being annoying"

"Look at your hand then" Nezu insisted

Mirabel decided to obliged to the males request to see Ice on her hands. When did that get there?! "You see gifts are a weaker version of Quirks" Nezu began "Gifts are often given through a candle while quirks show up around the ages 4 to 6. So that would mean that you are much stronger than you family"

"Do you really think so?" Mirabel asked curiously to make sure Nezu wasnt lying.

Nezu shook his head and beamed when he came up with an idea "How about I will enroll you to my school to train your quirk to become much stronger to show your family that you arent worthless."

Mirabel thought hard about it and agreed. This would be a perfect chance for her to show them that she is a Madrigal. "I Accept"

Nezu smiled he would make sure that Mirabel would be his personal student. They discussed a lot of things and Nezu went to the point of adopting her but she will keep her name. The spare bedroom in the Principal's office will definitely be of use now.

And so the two left Colombia and traveled to Japan to begin Mirabel's new life on becoming a hero.
