Jeongyeon - One

As soon as she get inside the car, Jeongyeon lowered her seat and immediately close her eyes. The world is a little spinning and she is very much intoxicated with those mixed alcohol she consumed earlier. She drank lesser today compared to yesterday and she has been drinking like this since two weeks ago. She would hanging out at the bar all by herself until dawn and her best friend would come and pick her up every time. She's been living like that despite her busy life.

"Yah, Yoo Jeongyeon, I don't mind picking you up from clubs and bars every night but are you seriously going to live like this forever?"

Jihyo finally open her mouth after eyeing Jeongyeon through the corner of her eyes for seconds. She carefully step on the gas as the road is quite slippery after the rain. Driving slolwy through the night, heading towards Jeongyeon's apartment. It's four in the morning and she just finish with her schedule when Jeongyeon called her.

"I'm sorry for troubling you and I know if you keep doing this I'm afraid people will noticed you and you'll be in trouble."

Jihyo sighs and she shakes her head. Jeongyeon might be right about it but she really didn't mind that. Even though she is currently a nation's favorite singer and every generations in the country knows her, this is still her personal life and people shouldn't middle in it. Park Jihyo has known Jeongyeon even before she become this huge. In fact, she became famous with Jeongyeon help. If it's not because of Jeongyeon's great talent in making music people still wouldn't recognize her until this day. Her debut are so close to become failure until Jeongyeon give her a song and it became a hit once it released. A rookie Park Jihyo breaking up records and making history after history with that one song Jeongyeon composed and produced for her.

"Jeongyeon I don't mean it that way but looking at you now.. oh my God.. I'm damn worried, buddy!" Indeed, she is worry. When Jeongyeon told her about her break up she has never seen the girl cry. Jeongyeon showed zero emotion despite her deep feeling towards Nayeon. That scares Jihyo.

"If only you didn't reject me five years ago, you wouldn't live your life like this..."

"Yooo...! Park Jihyo!" Finally. Jihyo gets a reaction. At least that make Jeongyeon speak.

"Think about that. I used to want you a lot but you rejected me. Imagine how happy we would become as a couple...." Jihyo tease her more. Reminiscing about that day, when they meet for the first time, Jihyo couldn't help but to smile. Seeing Jeongyeon for the first time has woken every butterfly in her stomach. She falling so hard for her strong charisma. Jeongyeon has this charm that would make anyone drawn to her and Jihyo is no difference. She used to really love Jeongyeon, hiding that feeling for over a year, pretending she's not interested in her whenever they work together. The confession only slipped through her mouth driven by her being intoxicated. Sober up the next day with a terrifying feeling thinking that she has lost a friend only for Jeongyeon to get busy in the kitchen and cooked their breakfast.

"Oh my God.. please. That's so cringey!" Jeongyeon covered her ears with her hands and once Jihyo sees that, the latter burst into laughter. She knows how much Jeongyeon hate being reminded of that event. Come to think of it, Jihyo is as disgusted as Jeongyeon whenever she recalled that day but that's the only Jeongyeon's weaknesses she has so whenever she wanted to annoy Jeongyeon, she would pull that 'card' on her.

"I get it. Idol wasn't your standard and not your type too. But a congressmen daughter..."

"I swear Jihyo..." Jeongyeon give Jihyo a sharp stare. She was drunk earlier but now, having this conversation with Jihyo has sober her up a little. Jihyo's last word reminds her of something. That's true. Im Nayeon is a congressmen daughter and on top of that a successful business woman who's going to fully inherited her family businesses. Nayeon is known for her smart brain and she also known for her beauty and her wealth. She has a lot of followers in social media and even has her own fans. Jeongyeon's career wasn't that bad either. She's a fashion designer who work with so many famous brands and has a lot of passion in making music. Despite being a high paid designer, Jeongyeon also work as a producer who has her own little studio. She has created a lot of hit songs for famous idols and one of them is her own best friend, Park Jihyo. Although her songs are well known and she has received awards for being a talented producer, no one really know it was her because she's hiding under the name of Bunny Sound. No one ever seen her face as a producer except for those who work closer with her. Jeongyeon didn't want to be known. She make music because she love doing that not because she wanted to get famous.
