            Danielle's POV

I stared at her trying to detect any falseness.  I couldn't find any, how could she suggest such a thing?

"Excuse me?"  I almost yelled.

"SHH"  We both looked over at Lilith but all she did was shift on her side.

"She's dieing anyways, Can't you see that?"  Of course I could see that but I never put any thought to killing her.

"B-But....We... We can't.  S-she's our best friend."  I stuttered.  An image of me putting a bullet through Lilith made tears prick the corners of my eyes.

Iris sighed and glanced at Lilith, "Sometimes we have to do what it takes to survive."

"We should wait a day or so.  In case the police find us, we wouldn't want to kill our best friend minutes before the police show up to save."  I half-smiled, while I lied through my teeth.

"Good idea"  Was all she said before returning to her corner and closing her eyes as if nothing had happened.

I wasn't going to kill my best friend.  Truthfully I'd always liked Lilith a little bit better.  Even though Iris was fun and everything, she always had a vibe that she would turn on you if she had to.

In her frown, you could just see those hidden pieces of ruthlessness.  Even when she tripped a girl in soccer she would smile and you could see traces of almost, demonicness.  If that was even a word!  Her smug smile when she got a better grade, her false voice when she tried to be sympthetic.  All of these finally came into view for me.  Those tiny details became huge, like watching a painting and suddenly seeing the tiny parts that make the whole piece of work.  There was always something hidden underneath Iris's suit

                Lilith's POV

I layed silently.  Blood was pounding in my ears, my skin felt very hot.  My head felt hollow, and light.  I couldn't make out the words that Danielle and Iris were saying.  But I didn't want their pity so I didn't complain about my problems.

Once the room went quiet I figured I could wipe my running nose, and all my other sickly problems.  This could turn into the flu.  Heck, it could already be the flu or even worse.  I turned on my side and puked.  I officially labeled it as the puking corner, the one farthest away from Danielle and Iris.

It had just struck me that night, that they could easily catch this cold, my plan will have to be set into motion soon.

                    Iris's POV

Danielle just needs a tiny bit more convincing and I'll be all set.  Sure I guess I can kind of see where she's coming from, but you know what they say, Survival of the fittest.

               Wyatt's POV

After Sarah and Danielle's mother called the police, they told us to go to the crime scene, which I assumed was my house, and wait for a police officer to join us.

Finally, we heard a soft knock at the door, we all rushed to the door and we were greeted by a peppy officer.

"Hello!  May I come in?"  He was carrying a big suitcase, and wore a navy blue nylon jacket that had a North Mammon Police written across.

He settled in on the couch and layed the case down.  He took out a laptop, and a recording device.  As he readjusted his black hat he said, "So explain to me what happened in the last few days and what is wrong."

We told him everything that happened in the last couple days from when I came home to now.

He eyed us suspiciously.  "How can you be so sure that didn't go away for a a couple days?"
