       J.J.'S POV

"As much as we would like to take this case, we have to be invited my local authorities.  I'm sure this friend of you aunt is concerned, but it just doesn't work that way."  Gideon told me.

"I called the police chief, he faxed over an official request for our assistance."  I quickly responded while handing them a yellow sheet of paper.

Gideon got up from his seat as everyone took turns reading the fax.

I turned toward my powerpoint presentation and clicked a button on my remote.  "This is Lilith Matters.  Her parents, travelers, left her home alone over the weekend."  I clicked the button again and Danielle and Iris popped up.  "Danielle Forrester and Iris Matthews were sleeping over Saturday night.  In the morning the next day, Danielle and Lilith sent a text message to their brother and sister that said, 'I went on a trip, be back by Friday!' "

"Exacly the same message."  Reid pointed out.

"Word for word."  I nodded.  "Both phones have since been turned off."

"And there's been no activites on their cell phones or ATM cards since Saturday.  And obviously since the phones been turned off I can't use it to locate the girls, but I have an open track on the number in case it gets turned back on."  Penelope Garcia shared while slowly spinning in her chair to look at everyone.

"Ok, guys, guys not for nothing."  Derek Morgan smiled.  "I remember my senior year in high school, Isn't it possible these girls just took off on a road trip?"  Morgan suggested, clicking his pen as he spoke.

"No."  I said while leaning on the chair in front of me.  "Absolutely not."  Everyone looked at me, responding to the authority in my voice.  "Danielle accepted a scholarship to Penn State."  They looked at me again, not fully understanding.

I sighed, extremely relunctant to share this part of my life with them, "I was a high school athlete just like these girls, I was these girls.  They don't smoke, they don't do drugs, they don't drink during the season and they do not jeopordize a full ride scholarship by cutting school and missing practice."  I announced to them sternly.  I took a deep breath.

"Good, I hear you J.J."  Morgan assured me.  I crossed my arms while giving a heavy sigh.  "It HAS been five days.  There's a chance these girls. . . there's a chance we may not find them"  He shrugged sadly.

"I don't think so."  Gideon added, lost in thought.

"Why not?" Hotch wondered after staying quiet through out the conversation.

"The phone messages."  Reid answered for him.  "They said I'll be back by Friday.  Not two days or two weeks.  Friday."  He finished in his business-like voice.

"Why be so specific?"  Gideon asked, his loud voice booming through the conference room.  "My guess is that we have by Friday to find them."

"Two days."  Reid said while leaning forward and straightening out his plaid shirt.

"So are we taking this case?"  I asked trying not to smile, as I looked about the room.  Gideon and Hotch made eye contact and both nodded.

"Wheels up in thirty minutes."  Hotch stated while pushing back his chair to leave the room.  I nodded.

My first proven case.  A slight smile pulled at the corners of my lips.  I walked over to the window and saw Mrs. Forrester sitting in the chairs with two other people.  Once she caught sight of me she stood and face me with her hands laced together.
