Elzaan's pov
The way this woman is driving you'd swear she's trying to kill us both.
That's the fun thing about whenever Lana is behind the wheel, you never know if you're gonna get to your destination without a headache or a few bruises. "Lana slow down, I know you wanna get home and celebrate but we kind of need to get home ALIVE to do that" I say. "Yeah yeah, I know, but did you look out the window?" she says and I stare at her for a little before turning my head to peek at what she's trying to point out. I look and see our dorm complex and then a second later we're reversing into our parking space. When it comes to a stop and she puts the hand break up she turns to look at me and says ; "I may be reckless, but I got here fast and you can't deny it. And look, no bruises this time" she says with a devious smile while unlocking the doors. I can only stare at her in desbelief before realizing we're at home when we were just reversing out to leave classes 5 minutes ago, and it's a 20 minute drive on a good day. "Either time flies when I'm in this car or you went over a few speeding limits again" I say while getting out and grabbing my bag before closing the car door. "I may or may not have, you weren't paying attention so maybe instead of holding on for dear life, enjoy the breeze and look forward, hm?" she says. I stop and can only look at her. "Well maybe if you start following the law and not bump into poles once a week and stop riding over the curb, I'll listen." I say. I really wonder how she got her license in the first place.
We stand still for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. This happens every time and it will never get old. We start walking up the stairs and finally stop laughing when we get to the door to unlock it. But my hand is so shaky from the nerve-wrecking car ride and laughter that it takes a few seconds to actually unlock the door, which makes us start laughing even harder. By the time we're in our dorm, we're both in tears on the couch from laughing so hard and my stomach starts hurting a little. "That's my cue to stop and get something to eat." I say getting up. "What?" I hear her say. I turn towards her and pat my stomach twice and she immediately understands.
I get up off the couch to grab two pop tarts and put it in the toaster. Lana gets up as well still wiping her tears but her phone beebs and she all but runs and trips to get to the door. I stare at her wondering why until she comes back inside with a envelope in her hands.
"So you know how we're on break for 2 months right?" she asks, and I nod in agreement. "Well you know how my birthday is coming up and we were talking about going on a vacation this year, just you and me?" she asks and I once again nod in agreement, slightly confused but intetested in where this is going. "Well I may or may not have bought us two tickets to Stray Kids new concert in a week-" I cut her off stare in disbelief, when she stays quite and smiles is when I realize she's serious and run to give her a bear hug until she taps my back signalling she needs to breathe. I pull back and she opens the envelope and hands me two grey and white tickets, one is for the concert and once is for the plane but I ignore the second one and get our pop tarts while reading the first. "First row, backstage access and paid beverages and food" she says and I'm nearly in tears from happiness. I've dreamed of this day and prayed every night for this to happen and I guess she must have heard it.
"Are you okay?" she asks as soon as she sees the tears streaming down my face and I put the tickets down to hug her once again. "Thank you thank you thank you I love you" I say and kiss her on the cheek a few times before getting our treats and handing her one. We both walk to the couch and sit while eating and putting on the TV.
"Lana I swear to God I'm going to marry you for this" and we both start chuckling. This is one of the best days of my life. I've never been so happy to hold two pieces of paper and I would have never thought this day would come.
"This deserves a celebration" I say and walk to the cupboard to pull out three bottles of wine. Lana stares at me in shock as she's normally the one getting out the strong stuff. But with everything she just did and said, I think we both deserve this. I twist open the tequila and vodka and nearly break my hand trying to open the brandy, Lana comes up to the fridge and pulls out a sprite, coke, mango and strawberry juices and some water which we will be needing after all of this is down. I pour coke and vodka into two glasses and hand her one. "Cheers to the good days" I say. "To the good days" she repeats and we down the first glass so I can pour another.

After what must have definitely been one too many drinks I wake up on the floor and lana is passed out on the couch, one hand above her head and one leg dangling off. I try to get up but I immediately feel a little dizzy and nauseaous, I run to the bathroom and once I'm done throwing up my lunch and drinks, I brush my teeth and head to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water.
One week till my dreams are coming true and it's all thanks to this smurf blacked out on the sofa.
This is going to be very interesting..
