Chapter 1: Jealousy

As the sun was shining over the horizon, birds were chirping and the stars are fading away from the sky as everyone at the adventure bay was starting to wake up.

< At the Lookout >

Chase: POV

It was yet another day in adventure bay, i could feel the sun's ray shining at my window to my body. As i woke up from my slumber i checked my alarm clock to be at 5:50 AM.

"5:50AM Alright time to wake up the pups."

As i gone up and stretched a little bit, i put on my pup-pack and left my pup house.

"Okay, skye is first." Since i do have a crush on her. I mean why wouldnt i wake her up first?

As i approach to skye's pup house, i gently knocked on her door.

"Hey skye, its time to wake up the others.." As the door opened i could see a beautiful yet messy cockapoo. Yes even tho her fur is messy. She's still beautiful.

-Yawns- "Good Morning, chase!" Skye said with excitement.

"Good morning, skye. Soo ready to wake up the others?" Skye simply nodded. As me and skye got infront of the lookout and called out my megaphone.

"Ruff! Megaphone!" As a small megaphone came out of my pup-pack.

"Could you cover your ears for second skye?" As i asked politely while skye just simply nodded and covered her ears.

"ALRIGHT EVERYBODY TIME TO WAKE UP!" As my voice echo's in my megaphone. Suprisingly no-one woke up.

"Huh. Thats odd. . ." As i said while skye approached a metal dog bowl with a spoon next to it.

"Here how about i just do this. . ." As skye picked up a spoon and hitted the metal dog bowl which made a clank sound.

"H-Huah-wa? I-Is food ready??" As the 3 quickly woke up which banged there head at the top of there pup house.

"Oops. . . Sorry." Skye apologized.

"Theres no need to apologize skye. Now wheres the food?" Rubble said while all of us had a laughed.

"Alright. . . Rubble, Marshall, Rocky. . . Zuma?" As i called out his name he appeared from the left.

"Alright everybody! 5 laps around the lookout!" As everyone started to run around the lookout. Skye was running right next to me which not gonna lie made me blush a little.

< 3 minutes later >

As all of us finish running around the lookout five times. Of course we were exhausted even skye laid her fluffy head on me which causes me to blush. Thankfully no-one notices it. But after awhile ryder called us for breakfast. And as everyone entered the lookout all of our dog bowl's were filled with kibbles.

"Alright pups, eat your breakfast." Ryder said while everyone was at there dog bowl's and started to eat. But i felt like someone was watching me. I looked at my right to see that skye is looking at me directly. But skye then quickly turned away and continued eating again. But i notice a small red blemish on her cheeks. Does she like me? If she does... i have to make a move..

As i continued eating and thought of how am i gonna confess to skye and be his boyfriend.

< 6 minutes later >

Skye: POV

As all of us finished eating. All of us were outside, except for chase who was assigned to do a morning patrol. Everytime he goes patrolling i always miss him. Because you know i have a HUGE crush on him. But then marshall came up to me.

"Hey skye? Something wrong?" Marshall said

"Im fine. . . I just miss someone. . ." As i stare at the town while marshall guessed who i missed and smirked.

"Oh you mean. . . Chase? " i hear the word chase it made me blush.

"W-What? N-No? I m-mean my s-sister. . . Urgh. Fine. You got me its chase, i like him alot. . ." As i started to blush even more.

"I knew you had a crush on him! I knew it! I knew it! I kne- mmph. ." As i covered marshall's mouth by my paw.

"Shhhh! Stop it! Until someone finds out! -sigh- L-Lets just keep this a "Me and you secret" Okay?" As i said while marshall simply nodded. As i removed my paw from his mouth. But then rocky called us if we wanna play with them. And of course we accepted rocky's request and started to play with him. But i felt like someone was eavesdropping. Oh who am i kidding i probably just miss chase maybe too much...

"Grrr... Chase your the worst, skye was suppose to like me! Im more cooler that chase.. Im not like chase who is so bossy... -grunts- why did she picked chase over me?! -sigh- Il get skye's heart before you could. But how?. . . Oh i know.. This will sure make chase sad..." Zuma said while laughing evily...

"Its not my fault, im just jealous..."

Just finished making this chapter now wait for the next. Might be next week or tommorrrow if i can do it in time. Anyway have a good day or night.
