"Good morning" Neil says kissing her forehead. Aarohi smile and stretches her arms yawning cutely making Neil adore at her cuteness. "Good morning neil" she replied
"Here is your tea served to you madam" Neil says showing all his teeth in a bright smile
Aarohi narrows her eyes to which Neil shakes his head and lift her up, positioning her comfortablely on bed he offered her tea. She smiles and starts sipping it.
"sure tumhari night shift Kesi Rahi" Neil asks kissing back if her hand.
"thik thi and less stressful ..... You know kal raat patients Bhi kam the"
She places tea cup which she had finished on side table and comes closer to Neil she runs her finger in his hair, changing his hairstyle.
" ab better lag rahe ho"
Neil smiles "chalo ab utho tumhari shift ka time Ho raha he mujhe Bhi headquarters Jana he"
Aarohi stretches her arms like a kid asking to lift up. Neil chuckles at his cute baby. Aarohi show him puppy eyes which are enough to melt him up.
He lifts her up and drops her in bathtub.
"isse zyada puppy eyes dikhad na to hum dono ko late Ho jaega"
Aarohi smile sadly as she waits for tea to come to boil. She pouts herself it and sips. "just the way Neil likes" she says and walks in living room
Stopping at middle she runs her hands on Neil's giant portrait
"wapas a jao na Neil... About aoge toh chai banne ke liye bhi Nahi kahungi paka promise koi kaam Bhi nahi karvaungi please ek baar a jao"
She looks at her watch and realised she is running late. Rushing quickly to her room she gets ready.
Struggling to zip her top up. She closed her eyes taking deep breaths, losing herself in memory of her Neil once again.
Neil comes from back zipping her top up he hugs her from behind. "neil" aarohi says resting her hands on his. After few moments she turns around... Neil grabs her waist pulling her closer
"by the way what I was thinking ki mene tumhara top zip kiya right" aarohi nods in agreement "So, shouldn't I be the one unzipping it"
Aarohi frees herself self from him giving a kiss "bye... Aur Rahi baat unzipping ki, I don't take any Guarantee"
As she was leaving Neil pulls him back to himself "This is not fair" and stands there with puppy eyes. Aaru smile and leaves but turns back and says "you will get chance" winking at him she leaves leaving Neil behind smiling.
Standing in front of mirror aarohi smiles just then her phone rings informing her about emergency case. She zips her top in hurry and leaves for hospital. After about 2 hrs she finally steps in her cabin grabbing a coffee again remembering Neil.
She remembers the time when she was admitted in hospital. How Neil stayed with her, cared her, pampered her showering her with kisses and love. Her trance broken due to sudden chaos at hospital.
She asked her fellow doctor about reason for sudden chaos to which she was informed about a comma patient who is in comma for nearly 3 yrs has been admitted and is reason for chaos.
She was about to enter in room of that patient but her phone ringed which was from akshu. Her sister and one of the 2 person she was in contact with in goenka family. She received her call
"Happy birthday aaru" Akshay greeted her
"oh shut I again forgot it, BTW thanks yaar" aarohi replies to her birthday wishes.
"3 saal aaru 3 saal Se tune apna birthday nahi manaya kab manegi tu huh" said akshu getting senti
"jab take both capes Nahi ata" replied aaru
"aur agar voh nahi aya to? " said abhi jumping in between sisters convo
"voh aega mera dil kehta he voh aega"
With that she cuts the call going towards wards for her rounds. After about an hour she was returning back to her cabin when she noticed the same room which her fellow doctor informed about.
Thinking to check it once she entered in, as staff moved aside to greet her.
She noticed Neil's lifeless body there. Neil her Neil was there in comma?
