When writing this it has been a few months since I posted the first prologue, I've edited it a bit as some of you may have noticed, written about 3-4 chapters and then my clumsy ass went and spilled water over my computer, so it died, fly high and so on.
So here we are, rewriting the lost chapters and everything else and I kinda want to punch myself in the face because I feel fucking stupid and annoyed.
Enough about my fuck ups, hello and welcome to Wide awake, written by me, a for now 22-year-old girl from one of the northern countries in Europe. With that information you may have figured out that my native language isn't English. English is my third language, but I want to become more comfortable using it both when speaking and writing so bear with me!
Please also if you see any words used wrong/or a better word for the sentence in question, some Grammarly errors or such hit me up so I can correct it <3
This is fiction and fiction only, so the fact that I use the names and looks of Harry and the others has no other correlation to them as people.
I also want to enlighten you that the character will have flaws, just like we all do. I've read so many books and fanfictions where the MC are literally perfect and acts in such perfect ways that no real person would do and I WILL make my characters do stupid stuff, be blunt, arrogant, really fucking stupid and sometimes even mean because that's just how life is.
I don't want anyone to complain that someone is a bitch, dumb or that you hate them because honestly, people in real life are no better. You can disagree on their views and ways of acting but please don't bash them (or me lmao, I've seen writers getting so much hate just by writing about something or someone that's not morally or ethically right just to portrait the type of character one is but that doesn't mean the author stands for that type of behavior etc.)
Everyone will not have a perfect view on life, people or how to handle situations and I hope you respect my writing in such a way that it's not my own views but rather how ignorant people really can be out there.
It will contain -isms, it's to build character and I'll do my best to write in such a way that it will portray real life.
