[~part 1~] "hey, whats up?"

You was walking around town, you'd just been to the library to pick up a book to read to your tío Lorenzo, he's ill. It was Jane Eyre, you always loved Jane eyre. You were walking down the street quickly, you looked a bit suspicious, though. You always got weird looks from the elderly. mainly because your father is Marco Romano. Your father was never a good person. He was abusive, manipulative, a thief and overall just terrible. You hated your dad, you didn't even call him dad either. You were the complete opposite to him. He was tough, angry, impatient and strong, while you were sensitive and calm. You were always getting abuse for your father. In the street, in the shops, people even knocked on your door Just to tell you how much of a bad person you are. Your only 15, too.

On top of that, You always had a hard time making friends. When you were younger, people would always tell their friends at school when you walked past or smiled at them "Be careful! That's
Y/N Romano! His dads a murderer!" you hated yourself. But there is a few good people in encanto. Especially Your best friend of 2 years, mirabel madrigal.
She is amazing, smart, kind, trusting, gorgeous..it was almost like you were In love with her. Of course her family will never let you be with her. You've never met her family though. You were terrified of them. Like said earlier, you weren't tough or strong, you were weak.

you were almost at your house when you heard someone shout your name "Y/N!" You turned around to see her. Mirabel. "Hey Mira!" You smiled while unlocking your front door. "Hey, what's up?" She spoke "you looked at bit sad." you never looked happy either. How can you when most people in town think your like your father? "Oh, nothing. I was just thinking. I got a new book to read to tío Lorenzo too!" You said happily. You two walked into the house and got a cup of tea for each other. You both took turns reading to your tío, too.

"That was lovely, thank you." Your tío spoke weakly. "I'm a very lucky man to have Y/N as my sobrino, you know?" He said to mirabel quietly. She nodded and smiled "he's great, Lorenzo. Your extremely lucky!" you three spoke a bit more until it was time for mirabel to go. It was 8:39pm. You gave her a hug and she said goodbye to both of you, and she dipped.

That's the end of part one! I know I'm gonna enjoy this one. I know it was short, but it's only the first chapter, it doesn't  need to be long.
