Meeting the new girl

Deena's POV:

- I was in a deep sleep until my alarm went off " ughhh" I groaned. I get out of bed and I go to my closet trying to figure out what to wear. I choose a black flannel with a band shirt and baggy jeans. I go downstairs I was greeted by my mom and dad. "Good morning" they both said in usion. I looked at the cake on the counter and my mom looked at me confused and then she followed my gaze and realized what I was looking at. "Oh yeah, can you take that over for me right now?" She asked. "Yeah sure I just need to put on my shoes." I said.

She nodded and I went upstairs to my room. I put on my boots. I go downstairs and I went to my mom. My mom handed me the cake. "Oh and Deena I'm coming with just give me a minute, okay?" I nodded and I headed out the door. I go to the neighbors door and knock, after a few seconds the door opened. "Oh hi" the blond girl says. Looking at her closer she looked familiar. "Can you get your mother?" I asked nervously. "Sure." The blond says. She goes to the kitchen and after a moment the blond girl returns with her mother. "Oh hi there dear" the blond's mother said. "My mom baked you a cake since your family just moved here yesterday." I said handing the cake to her. "Oh how wonderful of your mom". She said kindly.

"Where is your mom?" She added. "She should be here-" " hi sorry I'm late." My mom said cutting me off. "Yes thank you." My mother said. We went inside and looked around it looked better on the inside than the outside. "How about you girls go upstairs to get to know each other." The blonds mother said.

We both nodded and we went upstairs to the blonds room, we entered her room and I looked around. "Your room is nice." I complimented. "Thanks." She said smiling and blushing. I looked at her and I smiled back. "So um where did you move from?" I said. "Sunnyvale." She said looking down. "Uh huh that's why you look so familiar your the girl that punch that guy. I said. She nodded slowly.

Flashback:

It was a football game shadyside vs Sunnyvale. it was halftime and one of the Players from Sunnyvale came to one of the cheerleaders from Sunnyvale and kissed her and then he grabbed her butt. She pushed him back. "what the hell peter!" She yelled. "What?" He said laughing acting confused. Some people started to look at them. "You grabbed my ass is what." She yelled at him. "Well I thought you would like it since we are officially dating." He said in a angry tone. "Just because we are official doesn't mean you get to grab my ass whenever you want." She said annoyed. "Come on Sam." He said getting close to her. "Just leave me alone Peter ." She said turning around annoyed. Then the guy came up behind her and whispered to her. "come on let's go to the back." She soon punched him in the nose and he fell to the ground. everyone was looking at them and gasped at what happened. his nose started bleeding uncontrollably. "WHAT THE HELL SAM!" He said holding his nose. "Don't ever do that again l." She said warning him. Sam had left the field and the game still continued.

Flashback off.

Still deena's pov:
"So was he your boyfriend?" I asked. She nodded slowly. It was quite for a minute until she said something. "So um what's your name?" She said. "Deena. Deena Johnson, what is your name?" I asked.

"I'm Samantha Fraser but you can call me Sam." Sam said. "Okay so um Sam why did you move here?" I said curious why a Sunnyvaler was at shadyside. "Something happened at a party and um it got really bad so we decided to move." Sam said nervously. "So um what we're the rumors about?" I asked. "Can't say it." She looked down like it was something really personal.

"Okay that's fine you don't have to tell me." I said staying out whatever she has going on. We were silent for a few minutes until my mom came in and said " um hey deena we gotta go home." "Bye." I said to Sam. She waved goodbye to me and we went out of her room and then downstairs and then we saw Mrs.Fraser.

"bye I hope I get to see you again." Mrs. Fraser said to my mom. "I hope I do too." My mom said waving goodbye. Then we headed out the door to our house.
